Good at following instructions I had an excellent, memorable trip. I provided the agency with my travel requirements and they faithfully implemented them. At one place I asked them to make hotel arrangements. They chose a nice place where one had to also eat breakfast and dinner greatly limiting our meal choices. I did not like this at all. The lesson I had learned is that I need to do my research thoroughly and give it to them. Best not to rely on them if you have very particular expectations and needs. Overall, I was satisfied. They also need to improve their payment by credit card arrangements which was cumbersome.

Every step of the way was planned down to the smallest detail. Arriving and departing the airport was with ease along with knowledgeable tour guides in EVERY major city we explored. The two-week trip was a dream come true! My husband and I constantly discuss how magical the time was that we spent in Europe! Thank you so much for creating such a beautifully planned experience.

Cultural Italy is the best Cultural Italy did a fantastic job of planning and executing our trip to Italy. They listened to what we wanted and organized a trip that checked every box. The trip went flawlessly and everything they arranged exceeded our expectations. They were extremely responsive leading up to the trip and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else when we go back.

A good understanding of what we wanted Fiorella "listened" to what we wanted with our visit to Florence and Cinque Terre and provided the lodging, guides and drivers that all worked really well with our ideas. We had no problems with language, and all the arrangements - lodging, guides, drivers, train tickets - they made for us were without problems. We were provided with thorough instructions.
