My trip was arranged through Cultural… My trip was arranged through Cultural Italy this past September. They scheduled our hotels, they took our ideas regarding tours and scheduled fabulous tours for us, and arranged all our transportation through out Italy. I have recommended them to my friends and will use them again. All tour guides were exceptional.

DO NOT USE I am trying to cancel a trip to Italy since we can not even fly to Italy due to the ban for Coronavirus. The response from agent is that some hotels have NO REFUND. Was told they need money now because of everything going on! This is the worst excuse ever! NO one can travel. This should be automatic refund.

Customized tour of Italy Roberta was an excellent agent. She helped plan 14 days in Italy for our family tour group of 18 persons - excursions were planned for each day. All coordination was spot on as planned and described. The selected tour guides and coach drivers ranged from good to excellent - most were excellent. I will single out one particular driver who went above and beyond. For family history reasons we scheduled a day trip from Bologna to Cento. Nothing was easy and there was very little tourism infrastructure. Our driver whom I knew only as Massimo spoke some English and he became our interpreter, tour guide and advocate so that we could see all the family landmarks. With Massimo’s help,!that day was as special as we’d hoped it would be. Accommodations were typically good. The booking was not very transparent so I cannot claim the accommodations were worth what we paid. On a few occasions the preselected rooms were not available when we arrived, in these cases the hotel management would upgrade us.

We have used Cultural Italy guides on… We have used Cultural Italy guides on two separate vacations. The guides we had were better than excellent - with the exception of a gentleman guide we had for our Milan tour. He seemed as he though wanted to be ANYWHERE but where he was - with us! I would highly recommend your company to others. The one on one tours are absolutely the way to go. Florence, Pompeii, Venice are three of the several tours we've taken that will be remembered always!

Cultural Italy made my dream come true Cultural Italy made my dream come true! Everything my daughter and I wished for, CI made happen. The cooking classes were amazing - such wonderful teachers and interesting locations. Everything was taken care of and we did not experience one moment of disappointment the entire trip. Cannot say enough good things!
