She arranged all of our tours, transfers and train tickets. I took care of our accommodations, hence the 4 stars, but I have, and will, recommend this company to anyone looking to arrange their Italy vacation.

Fantastic travel organizer They have organized several trips for us. Every time they have done excellent work. Everything was perfect. Their transports are the best, most comfortable, always on time. We have experienced the best guides that they had provided. Very flexible during planning - always available by phone or emails.

A good understanding of what we wanted Fiorella "listened" to what we wanted with our visit to Florence and Cinque Terre and provided the lodging, guides and drivers that all worked really well with our ideas. We had no problems with language, and all the arrangements - lodging, guides, drivers, train tickets - they made for us were without problems. We were provided with thorough instructions. I don't hesitate at all in recommending Cultural Italy.

Back to our roots Our trips to Italy and Sicily have been more then anyone could have imagined. Manuela and Cultural Italy went above and beyond our expectations. My travel group have used them twice and many friends were also recommended by us to have them arrange their trips and came home with nothing but raves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They could not deliver on the trip we booked because Italy is closed to USA. We can not go there. We wanted to still go on our trip but not possible. They REFUSED TO REFUND us our deposit. This is the worst travel agent ever.
