Good at following instructions I had an excellent, memorable trip. I provided the agency with my travel requirements and they faithfully implemented them. At one place I asked them to make hotel arrangements. They chose a nice place where one had to also eat breakfast and dinner greatly limiting our meal choices. I did not like this at all. The lesson I had learned is that I need to do my research thoroughly and give it to them. Best not to rely on them if you have very particular expectations and needs. Overall, I was satisfied. They also need to improve their payment by credit card arrangements which was cumbersome.

An unforgettable trip! My friend and I decided to do a girl’s trip to Italy and started to do some research online. After answering a few questions and briefly describing what we were looking to do, we were contacted by our travel designer Martina. After one or two quick email exchanges she came back to us with a draft itinerary. We had one change...add another day!! She did a fantastic job planning out our itinerary. The hotels and location were perfect as were the balance of the days and activities. We hiked the Cinque Terre, had a private wine tasting and took a cooking class which were all awesome! Our trip was amazing, we cannot say enough about how wonderful everything was!

Fiorella and team organization an… Fiorella and team organization an amazing trip to Italy for my family. We toured across Venice, Florence, Tuscany, Rome, Cinque Terre and Naples. Our itinerary consisted of stopping at major site seeing spots (e.g. Pompeii, Tower of Pisa etc) and visiting off-the-beaten path smaller quaint villages (e.g. San Gimignano, Monterosso etc). The team ensured our travel between destinations was seamless, tickets to events were prearrange so we could skip the long lines and that our visit was filled with memorable moments such as a pasta cooking class, wine tasting etc. Cultural Italy helped us create a once in a lifetime experience that created amazing memories for my family.

Back to our roots Our trips to Italy and Sicily have been more then anyone could have imagined. Manuela and Cultural Italy went above and beyond our expectations. My travel group have used them twice and many friends were also recommended by us to have them arrange their trips and came home with nothing but raves. Looking forward to our next trip planned by Manuela B and Cultural Italy.

Cultural Italy was a great choice Cultural Italy was a great choice. Our agent, Luana, was very knowledgeable, particularly when it came to hotel choices with respect to their location and amenities offered. She arranged for private transfers from airports to hotel and train stations and it made the trip less stressful for us. The negatives on the trip we encountered were mostly unavoidable, i.e., massive crowds of tourists that delayed tours despite the no waiting in lines tickets. My advice would be to arrange for private one-on-one tour guides if you can afford it. Luana also made herself available when needed and was very responsive to my many emails.
