A good understanding of what we wanted Fiorella "listened" to what we wanted with our visit to Florence and Cinque Terre and provided the lodging, guides and drivers that all worked really well with our ideas. We had no problems with language, and all the arrangements - lodging, guides, drivers, train tickets - they made for us were without problems. We were provided with thorough instructions. Emanuela booked tours and guides to suit our interests and schedule, with guides who were personable and knowledgeable. They provided insight and in-depth knowledge of each area we visited. Transfers were punctual and cordial. We especially enjoyed our trip to Murano/Burano as well as the boat ride to Capri.
