Our agent, Luana, was very knowledgeable, particularly when it came to hotel choices with respect to their location and amenities offered. She arranged for private transfers from airports to hotel and train stations and it made the trip less stressful for us. The negatives on the trip we encountered were mostly unavoidable, i.e., massive crowds of tourists that delayed tours despite the no waiting in lines tickets. My advice would be to arrange for private one-on-one tour guides if you can afford it. Luana also made herself available when needed and was very responsive to my many emails.

The cooking classes were amazing - such wonderful teachers and interesting locations. Everything was taken care of and we did not experience one moment of disappointment the entire trip. Cultural Italy organized the absolute… Cultural Italy organized the absolute BEST travel experience for my husband and I last December as we traveled through London, Paris, Florence, Rome, and Venice. Every step of the way was planned down to the smallest detail. Arriving and departing the airport was with ease along with knowledgeable tour guides in EVERY major city we explored. The two-week trip was a dream come true! My husband and I constantly discuss how magical the time was that we spent in Europe! Thank you so much for creating such a beautifully planned experience.
