A good understanding of what we wanted Fiorella "listened" to what we wanted with our visit to Florence and Cinque Terre and provided the lodging, guides and drivers that all worked really well with our ideas. We had no problems with language, and all the arrangements - lodging, guides, drivers, train tickets - they made for us were without problems. We were provided with thorough instructions. Working with Ashleih was a pleasure and we've spread the word to friends who are planning trips to Italy. And thanks again for letting the hotels know this was our anniversary trip. Loved the custom itinerary We cannot be more pleased with our 16-day tour arranged by Pia Accardo of Cultural Italy. Through several phone calls Pia learned what we like and dislike, the things we wanted to see and do, our physical limitations, and the budget we had for hotels, etc. The private tours, guides, and drivers that she lined up were delightful, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Pia is an expert on Italy and she takes great care in designing an itinerary to fit your needs. You will not be disappointed in working with her.

DO NOT USE I am trying to cancel a trip to Italy since we can not even fly to Italy due to the ban for Coronavirus. The response from agent is that some hotels have NO REFUND. Was told they need money now because of everything going on! This is the worst excuse ever! NO one can travel. This should be automatic refund.
