GBA good understanding of what we wanted Fiorella "listened" to what we wanted with our visit to Florence and Cinque Terre and provided the lodging, guides and drivers that all worked really well with our ideas. We had no problems with language, and all the arrangements - lodging, guides, drivers, train tickets - they made for us were without problems. We were provided with thorough instructions. I don't hesitate at all in recommending Cultural Italy.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They could not deliver on the trip we booked because Italy is closed to USA. We can not go there. We wanted to still go on our trip but not possible. They REFUSED TO REFUND us our deposit. This is the worst travel agent ever.

GBDO NOT USE I am trying to cancel a trip to Italy since we can not even fly to Italy due to the ban for Coronavirus. The response from agent is that some hotels have NO REFUND. Was told they need money now because of everything going on! This is the worst excuse ever! NO one can travel. This should be automatic refund.

GBI was very happy with Roberta from… I was very happy with Roberta from Cultural Italy who helped us have a seemless and fabulous Italy vacation with my family. She arranged all of our tours, transfers and train tickets. I took care of our accommodations, hence the 4 stars, but I have, and will, recommend this company to anyone looking to arrange their Italy vacation.

GBI would’ve given 5 stars because… I would’ve given 5 stars because everything was as we expected and perfect from our arrival in Italy. The only downside was during the planning phase our travel agent seemed a little disorganized which made the planning part a little frustrating but in the end she nailed it. Truthfully some of the frustration may have been due to cultural communication differences. I would definitely use them again for planning a trip to Italy.
