She kept everything very smooth all updates on time, provided contact information and confirmation numbers etc. and stayed connected till we came back.The coordinator for Madina and Makkah Mr Mairaj Haider did an excellent job with personal attention and taking care of each individuals. He was always available to help and solve any issues. Umrah guide in Makkah Mr Fahad Imran made every effort to help in performing Tawaaf and Saee and it so comfortable after Taraweeh prayer.Overall experience - Excellent.
