Alhamdulillah brother Munawar served us all according to our needs. Everyone got the hotel they wanted despite Ramadan Kareem. Called late at night according to US time but connected immediately. They would give us some numbers in Saudi Arabia so that we can contact them if needed. Alhamdulillah we didn't need to contact anyone. Because everything was done perfectly by brother Munawar. We had a very unique experience We had a very unique experience. We literally went from payment to packing. Our agent helped us every step of the way with any hiccups. He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. We booked a luxury package and were quite satisfied with the offerings. The way this is streamlined is impressive. It makes people comfortable with the unknowns. We highly recommend this company for your Umrah experience.

My wife and I just returned home from… My wife and I just returned home from Umrah, and it was incredible from the start. The drivers had good communication, and the hotels were great in terms of distance and quality. I am so glad we were able to just focus on our activities, and not have to worry about accommodations or transportation. The ziyarats in Madinah and Makkah were very informative and incredible to see. Ashir was great to work with, and the agency in Saudi Arabia was also readily available. Will definitely plan another trip with Al Madinah travels!

Been asking for my refund for months Because of personal issues, I had to cancel my Umrah after making the initial payment. This in itself was already upsetting. Brother Usama was helpful during the initial planning, but the communication and customer service has unfortunately been awful since. I was told how much of a refund I would receive and I started asking for a refund in November of 2023. It is now April 2024. Every single time I reach out, which has been about every 7-14 days, I either get misinformation or get told someone will look into it then contact me, and then nobody ever reaches out and I have to contact them again. This has been my experience with them every single time I have reached out. At one point, after I already stated in writing, multiple times, that I would like a refund, the company told me that my refund had been applied for. But the next time I inquired about it, I was told "I prefer that you just open your flight dates." At this point I emailed and texted them MULTIPLE times that I want a refund, I don't know how to make it clearer, nor did I ask for their preference. Ever since then, I keep reaching out only to be told someone will respond and then I never hear from anyone again. Anyone who responds says that they will help or look into it, but they don't. I'm not trying to be a difficult customer, this is just highly unprofessional and if I had just gotten the refund that they initially told me about, I can finally stop wasting both of our time by constantly having to reach out to them about it.
