Been asking for my refund for months Because of personal issues, I had to cancel my Umrah after making the initial payment. This in itself was already upsetting. Brother Usama was helpful during the initial planning, but the communication and customer service has unfortunately been awful since. I was told how much of a refund I would receive and I started asking for a refund in November of 2023. It is now April 2024. Every single time I reach out, which has been about every 7-14 days, I either get misinformation or get told someone will look into it then contact me, and then nobody ever reaches out and I have to contact them again. This has been my experience with them every single time I have reached out. At one point, after I already stated in writing, multiple times, that I would like a refund, the company told me that my refund had been applied for. But the next time I inquired about it, I was told "I prefer that you just open your flight dates." At this point I emailed and texted them MULTIPLE times that I want a refund, I don't know how to make it clearer, nor did I ask for their preference. Ever since then, I keep reaching out only to be told someone will respond and then I never hear from anyone again. Anyone who responds says that they will help or look into it, but they don't. I'm not trying to be a difficult customer, this is just highly unprofessional and if I had just gotten the refund that they initially told me about, I can finally stop wasting both of our time by constantly having to reach out to them about it.

We had an amazing experience working… We had an amazing experience working with brother Ashir, he arranged everything for our Umrah trip and we had nothing to worry about ourselves. He was very easy to get in touch with throughout our trip despite the different time zones. Overall we had a very smooth and excellent trip thanks to Ashir Bhai! JazakAllah.

Excellent experience with Al Madinah… Excellent experience with Al Madinah Travel starting Travel Agent sister Ayesha. She kept everything very smooth all updates on time, provided contact information and confirmation numbers etc. and stayed connected till we came back.The coordinator for Madina and Makkah Mr Mairaj Haider did an excellent job with personal attention and taking care of each individuals. He was always available to help and solve any issues. Umrah guide in Makkah Mr Fahad Imran made every effort to help in performing Tawaaf and Saee and it so comfortable after Taraweeh prayer.Overall experience - Excellent. Our future Umrah (and our extended family's) will be with Al Madinah Travel In Sha Allah.

Hotel location in particular were ideal.
