He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. We booked a luxury package and were quite satisfied with the offerings. The way this is streamlined is impressive. Terrible experience for Hajj travel Additional info: this is written on behalf of my father. This entire experience was taking place over WhatsApp. We were never given a reference number and only communicated over phone and text. No emails either. Terrible experience for Hajj travel. This company will quickly take your money for Hajj, but will not respond to your calls, emails, texts, etc. My family feels scammed. We sent $6,000 as a deposit for travel to Hajj. Now they are saying we should be going through Nusuk Hajj application and do the whole process ourselves. They repeatedly told us not to use Nusuk ourselves, but when the packages were available, they told us we should quickly go through Nusuk. The website it crashing and full and everyone already put through their eWallets for Hajj, but now we are behind. Even though we made contact in February to be ahead! What are we paying these people for? I am still waiting for a refund of the money we sent and even a response. Completely unprofessional and scammy. The experience for Umrah was great, but this place will not follow through or give you respect for Hajj.

Excellent service! Started the booking journey about 3 month prior to my mum and sister trip. Both my mum and sister had international passports, however AI Madinah Travels assured me they could travels from the USA. Provided insurance, via and all essential documents well ahead of travel. The hotels did change twice however, Ashir always sent hotels and alright in front of the Kabba with a beautiful view. Overall I will be booking all my parents and family members Umrah and Hajj trips through AI Madinah Travels inn-shaa-Allah. Ashir was extremely helpful and detailed and I will continue to use him!!
