We tried to book tickets for Spring… We tried to book tickets for Spring Break. I got an email from United asking for a note from her doctor to verify her medical condition. There is nothing wrong with my daughter. Travelocase called them and said my daughter needed a kidney transplant so they could change the flight without a fare penalty. Here is the note to me from United: "Someone acting on your behalf has been calling United reservation to rebook your itineraries. It appears that a third party travel service provider has been fraudulently claiming medical hardship in order to modify your itinerary without paying the proper fare. If you could provide a good contact number, we will have one of our service representatives contact you to resolve this matter. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
