GBI actually used this site last year for… I actually used this site last year for a family trip. I was a bit skeptical about using them at first but everything worked out great. This year I am going on a trip and waited till it was almost too late. I asked if the price advertised was the final price and the rep was very quick to respond and give me honest answers unlike the other sites that advertised one and then tell you the ticket was actually more expensive.

CAGreat Customer Service Must say, they offer good customer service. As i wanted to travel on a very short notice and wanted someone help to book my ticket on urgent basis. Want to give them credit for that. Also, while check in, there was some problem i was facing with the baggage, they helped me resolved that immediately. It was a hassle free travel. I would like them to be my travel assistant for future.

CAThe prices were competitive The prices were competitive, and the service was prompt. While they don't provide e-tickets instantly, they do offer the assurance of confirmed bookings within 24-48 hours. Once the necessary card charges formalities are fulfilled, you can expect your e-tickets in your email inbox. Overall, I found the entire process to be smooth and hassle-free. The assurance of confirmed bookings and the timely delivery of e-tickets provided peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again in the future."

GBBest family vacations with Travelocase Our family vacation would not be possible if Mr Smith of Travelocase not help us in finding the right flights with perfect fares. Booking a flight in popular destinations could be quite stressful but Smith never gave up looking for the best deal, the best time and dates when I almost felt like giving up. He was very honest in explaining how prices are affected and why changes happen sometimes. I would highly recommend to all my friends to book with Holdiays with Travelocase

GBWe tried to book tickets for Spring… We tried to book tickets for Spring Break. I got an email from United asking for a note from her doctor to verify her medical condition. There is nothing wrong with my daughter. Travelocase called them and said my daughter needed a kidney transplant so they could change the flight without a fare penalty. Here is the note to me from United: "Someone acting on your behalf has been calling United reservation to rebook your itineraries. It appears that a third party travel service provider has been fraudulently claiming medical hardship in order to modify your itinerary without paying the proper fare. If you could provide a good contact number, we will have one of our service representatives contact you to resolve this matter. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
