THExcellent service to help customer. We made our booking in october for travel in February to travel to Punta cana. Our travel was 15 February, however we didnot notice my husband passport was expired, which we only noticed 3 days before the travel. We got a urgent date to fix it, however travel in the first week of march was coming very expensive. I called Serenity and explained her situation, she could have tried to charge me lot due to my urgent situation, instead she called airlines and tried for 2 days to get me a fare difference waiver and got my tickets changed for free. I m really thank you for her. It took a lot of time, but she kept following up and giving me information that she is trying for waiver. Once it was done i was very happy. My trip also went amazing. USI booked with Travelocase for flights… I booked with Travelocase for flights for Spring break. The rates for a higher end carrier were comparable to a budget carrier. And a $1,000 less per person than booking directly through the carrier. Initially there was difficulty charging my card for the flights. The team stayed in regular contact with me and were available with a quick response. They continued to work the problem reassuring me my flights were confirmed. Two days later they were able to complete the transaction and tickets were emailed to me. Now I'm excited and waiting for our trip to begin.

USI called out to make a new reservation… I called out to make a new reservation and i got best flight deal from Travelocase . Later got tickets as well on the same day and i am happy to book my trip with them.

USWe tried to book tickets for Spring… We tried to book tickets for Spring Break. I got an email from United asking for a note from her doctor to verify her medical condition. There is nothing wrong with my daughter. Travelocase called them and said my daughter needed a kidney transplant so they could change the flight without a fare penalty. Here is the note to me from United: "Someone acting on your behalf has been calling United reservation to rebook your itineraries. It appears that a third party travel service provider has been fraudulently claiming medical hardship in order to modify your itinerary without paying the proper fare. If you could provide a good contact number, we will have one of our service representatives contact you to resolve this matter. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.
