We tried to book tickets for Spring… We tried to book tickets for Spring Break. I got an email from United asking for a note from her doctor to verify her medical condition. There is nothing wrong with my daughter. Travelocase called them and said my daughter needed a kidney transplant so they could change the flight without a fare penalty. Here is the note to me from United: "Someone acting on your behalf has been calling United reservation to rebook your itineraries. It appears that a third party travel service provider has been fraudulently claiming medical hardship in order to modify your itinerary without paying the proper fare. If you could provide a good contact number, we will have one of our service representatives contact you to resolve this matter. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding. Travel made easier It was very easy to book my flights and all the information was clear and laid out for me. I also appreciate that it was the cheaper cost as booking with the airlines. I feel like booking through Travelocase is easy. The tickets were a little delayed. Rest everything was perfect.

Great Customer Service Must say, they offer good customer service. As i wanted to travel on a very short notice and wanted someone help to book my ticket on urgent basis. Want to give them credit for that. Also, while check in, there was some problem i was facing with the baggage, they helped me resolved that immediately. It was a hassle free travel. I would like them to be my travel assistant for future.

And a $1,000 less per person than booking directly through the carrier. Initially there was difficulty charging my card for the flights.
