INJust Great I knew that they were not the airlines and I had not other option as poeple at counter denied changing my ticket, but the guy I spoke to did a fantastic job of getting ticket changed for the flight which was leaving in an hour and I made it to the event... Thanks

GBI bought my ticket to the USA from The… I bought my ticket to the USA from The Travel House all ok once they got paid .then about four day I got news that a relative passed away in the states . I had to reschedule my trip as the relative in the states needed to let me know when they would arrange for the funeral . When I contacted travel house they advice me that once I got a date to let them know . I did this and gave them the dates ..then I had to keep chasing them ..one after the other..useless Service When it got sorted out had to pay a extra £300 to reschedule with them …

GBPrincess was Exceptional !! Princess was exceptional in getting together the trip for my daughter. She was very friendly, kind and a joy to speak with on the phone. Princess followed up with us the following day by phone, which was something I wasn't expecting, especially after we purchased the trip and everything was all set and done. During this call she went over all the details of the trip including layovers and also that my daughter could now select her seats for all legs of the trip. Companies should learn a thing or two about customer service and how important it is for us. Princess exemplifies what excellent customer service is. GBI would use them again for sure. Because of a recent flurry of activity on my card, my purchase of these tickets was blocked multiple times by my credit card company. Getting it all cleared up was a pain, and took great patience on Vance's part. At every turn, he was polite, patient, and had excellent follow-through. The Travel House also got me a very good price.
