I was helped by Princes who demonstrated a great professional curtesy and dedication to help me when I was scrambling to reserve a ticket for my son to fly with me in the same flight I reserved for myself a month earlier. She kept me calm and gave me time to evaluate my options carefully. I was able to make a good choice because of her help. Because of her I highly recommend the travel-house.

I bought my ticket to the USA from The… I bought my ticket to the USA from The Travel House all ok once they got paid .then about four day I got news that a relative passed away in the states . I had to reschedule my trip as the relative in the states needed to let me know when they would arrange for the funeral . When I contacted travel house they advice me that once I got a date to let them know . I did this and gave them the dates ..then I had to keep chasing them ..one after the other..useless Service When it got sorted out had to pay a extra £300 to reschedule with them …

This is the 2nd time I have used these… This is the 2nd time I have used these guys.. no issues with pricing.. the proce they quote is the price I paid, no suprise costs.. both times! The only reason its not 5 stars is because they made an error on my name on the booking confirmation both times and I had to call. They sorted the issue out instantly! Just being honest, and think a lot of negative reviews are over exaggerated
