At first I was skeptical at following… At first I was skeptical at following through with purchase of our family tickets, due to the price increase at checkout. I am reluctant and do not like to ‘chat’ yet Donald was really helpful helping me retrieve the same price and even customized my husband tix. They can lie easily to customers After my experience with Hop2, I tried to find another company to purchase my flight ticket. I landed to Ovago website. And their chat operator told me that "Looks like your already booked" and I noticed that they're a part of Hop2. I asked them about this and they said "No we aren't a part" but when I checked over internet I found information and they are same group. So they aren't trustworthy and they can lie to customers easily.
