GBShopping 4 Stars, Customer Service 0 Star The shopping experience, including flight options and pricing, were satisfactory. However, a portion of my itinerary was cancelled by the airline so I requested a refund. It's taken over 80 Business Days and Ovago still can't provide a refund, nor can they even provide proof that they're working with the airline to get my refund. The communication has been spotty, inconsistent, and without any useful information other than "it's airline's fault". It's not worth the 'cheap' fare if I don't have peace-of-mind that Ovago will take care of customers if something happens.

GBThey can lie easily to customers After my experience with Hop2, I tried to find another company to purchase my flight ticket. I landed to Ovago website. And their chat operator told me that "Looks like your already booked" and I noticed that they're a part of Hop2. I asked them about this and they said "No we aren't a part" but when I checked over internet I found information and they are same group. So they aren't trustworthy and they can lie to customers easily.

CAShout out to Mindy at Ovago! I was looking for good option flights at reasonable prices with some very specific requests on layovers. Mindy, did a wonderful job finding the best deal ever on my flights! She took the time and went through a couple of iterations making sure all my needs were met. I am extremely impressed by Mindy's professionalism, friendliness and awesome service! Way to go Mindy!

GBYou should try it out at least once Helped me get a better price and they were willing to help me with checking for other amenities I need in order to get the bet price and everything. The chat option was even more useful and convenient.
