Looked for airline tickets at a good price I went on to the site to look for the best deal on an airline ticket. Shopping 4 Stars, Customer Service 0 Star The shopping experience, including flight options and pricing, were satisfactory. However, a portion of my itinerary was cancelled by the airline so I requested a refund. It's taken over 80 Business Days and Ovago still can't provide a refund, nor can they even provide proof that they're working with the airline to get my refund. The communication has been spotty, inconsistent, and without any useful information other than "it's airline's fault". It's not worth the 'cheap' fare if I don't have peace-of-mind that Ovago will take care of customers if something happens.

Gia was amazing! I made a purchase for my summer vacation on Ovago and after I paid and got an email to confirm my flight with the airline,I found a better route with exactly same price.I thought maybe it is not possible to modify because I settled up our seats,meals everything on airline website already although I tried just give it a go anyways.I talked a person on their chat and it was Gia.She took care of everything so quick and rebooked for me perfectly.I was so impressed especially it was right after I got a worst experience with "Kiwi.com".Gia was so helpful.I highly recommend Ovago with Gia.Thank you so much🩷

I am reluctant and do not like to ‘chat’ yet Donald was really helpful helping me retrieve the same price and even customized my husband tix.
