don't do it! not worth it! This company sells a flexible ticket option for $135, but they make it incredibly difficult to actually change your ticket. And they try to charge you penalty fees that per their terms, you don't owe. It's very hard to get a reply from their customer service in a timely manner. Just not worth it.

After a long research without finding… After a long research without finding what I needed for my flight arrangements for my trip with my family, I decided respond to the chat “do you need anything?” “What are you looking for ?” Amari was the representative that helped me and my search was over !!! Got the best option, excellent price and have to give Amari the 5🌟rate as she followed through and kept communicating with me until I had my process completed and ticked issued I will definitely reach out to her again and to Ovago for my next trip.
