Problem solver - yes!!! Recently, there was an issue with Easirent, a company that AutoRentals booked for me. When I informed them of some extraneous charges, Chris, a dedicated customer service agent, went to work, dealing with Easirent for me! I am currently expecting a refund, thanks to AutoRentals, who stood behind their customer service promise. It’s not often that I find such a company - I recommend them to one and all!!!

Insurance4carhire policy rejected in Vancouver car rental office. On arrival in Vancouver at the start of a 5 week car hire rental we were told that our AIG 'Insurance4carhire' was not recognised by by Ace Rental, our car hire company. We were therefore obliged to take their insurance wihich was a significant amount as the hire was over 5 weeks. So we contacted Autorentals some time later and asked for clarification so that we could take up the matter with AIG when returning to England. Chris at Autorentals took up and resolved the issue which resulted with us being issued a full refund Thank you and well done Autorentals.

AutoRentals provided a PERFECT… AutoRentals provided a PERFECT experience for me and my family. The agent Myron at SEATAC offered us an upgrade that was surprisingly affordable. We received a perfect mini van that made travel for my grandson (6) my two sisters and my mother (89) a comfortable travel on our visit to Washington state. I am hooked to AutoRental for any future car/ minivan rental needs. If you try them you will be hooked too! Affordable, Seamlessly easy, Conveniently located and Personable Staff. Autorentals is a scammer This company has worst car rental companies on their site like Rent a Car 4less. Also there is no way to contact Autorentals when the rental car company booked through their site scams you and you are helpless. We had such an experience with Rent a Car 4Less. Stay away from their website, their rents are cheaper because they use scammers who would increase your rental cost with absurd charges.
