THE ABSOLUTE WORST AUTO RENTAL CON-PANY The deceptive practices trying to force you to purchase their insurance. I had my personal insurance card, but the clerk insisted she needed to see my policy. What insurance company requests the policy and who carries their policy. I had to call my insurance company, have them email. The clerk was rude the moment I declines their insurance and made my experience the worst EVER and I've rented vehicles, high end rental agencies and never had these issues. Then I look at the document to see they were about to charge me $1,000 deposit for a regular Camry and when I asked about it, I was told, "if I had purchased their insurance, it would have only been $250. Once again, trying to make you purchase their insurance. HORRIBLE and I'll be writing reviews to every outlet. I've already completed the BBB. Every Customer in the building was complaining about the how horrible Economy was. They have they right name, E-CON

The car was very good, and I had the chance to select what I needed. The lady forgot to tell us how to return the car on a sunday, and she isnsisted scaring us to take insurance. !"

It would be useful to know all the extras or where to find them, associated with car hire, had we taken these 'extras' out would have doubled the cost. The car we booked was smaller than the car we got which meant that it cost more. The car did not have a spare tyre only the sealant which when used wrecks the tyre so again costing more money. Whilst I appreciate as a 3rd party booking site you have no control on these points, I feel they need highlighting when looking to book a car as it can make a huge difference to the cost of hiring.
