We started planning ourselves, but then Julia from their team stepped in and really helped us improve our itinerary. The seamless organization of our travels, including top-notch hotels and punctual transfers, made our trip effortlessly enjoyable. App with all docs and schedules was very helpful as well. Our trip to Italy was a delightful… Our trip to Italy was a delightful experience, with excellent hotels and knowledgeable guides. Coordination was smooth, and their support team was always available within minutes. The only hiccup was initially planning the trip with the tour builder, which was a bit challenging. However, once we got past that, it was a fantastic journey. Highly recommend for the amazing sights and seamless travel experience!

Best Travel Gem! I am so glad I found this company when planning my trip to Barcelona and Portugal. Triptile took care of the flight from Barcelona to Lisbon, all transfers (we visited multiple cities in Portugal), hotels, and activities, including a day trip that I added that was not one of their activities (they made all of the arrangements anyway). All of the guides were nice and knowledgeable. We were a group of seven from the US and all of the transfer vehicles were able to accommodate us. The vehicles and drivers were nice. The hotels were awesome with breakfast included! The support team was excellent. They responded to questions and requests quickly and effectively. When I needed assistance during the trip, I was able to find someone quickly and they knew me and my itinerary by my phone number. They kept me updated via call, email, and text of any changes and updates, which I liked. I can't say enough great things about this company. We are definitely using them again!!

I cannot get rid of the default I cannot get rid of the default , that only lets me see itinerary for the 2nd destination for 3 days, I want 7 nights for the 2nd destination. also, how do you view the price or get confirmation of anything?? no number to call.... or make specific tailored custom changes??? not user friendly, disrupts my confidence level with triptile.

Experience Was VERY Good Experience was VERY good. Interface seemed to be a bit challenging at times but once understood was relatively easy to use. And in the end the places we booked (that were presented to us) turned out to be what we expected. The only issue we had, and I think we'd have less issue/anxiety in the future if we did a similar itinerary logistically, is the explanation on some of the train tickets and schedules as well as the private transfers. Finally, it would be nice if you could book flights through Triptile but absolutely will not be a deterrent next time we use it.
