The site isn’t phone friendly but that’s because there is so much information. I booked my personalized trip to Germany, Switzerland, Italy in such a short time. I could pick absolutely everything! And I verified all the ratings independently so it’s all true. Thank you for such a well organized trip planner.

Nothing was easy or straightforward Nothing was easy or straightforward. Some important links showed a 404 error - page not found. And the site kept directing me back to Firebird.

We started planning ourselves, but then Julia from their team stepped in and really helped us improve our itinerary. The seamless organization of our travels, including top-notch hotels and punctual transfers, made our trip effortlessly enjoyable. App with all docs and schedules was very helpful as well.
