GBON our trip to Petra ON our trip to Petra, Jordan too much was planned for that particular day and we did not get to stay in Petra and explore a bit more. And the hotel we stayed at when we first arrived in Israel had the best food of any of the hotels, in my opinion. It was a wonderfully executed trip and we thoroughly enjoyed your schedule and choice of hotels.

GBDisappointed I reserved a trip then cancelled 2-3 weeks later. Living Passages kept $190 of my money as an "administrative fee", saying it was so many days away from the departure. I asked for an exception since I cancelled so quickly. I was denied.

GBOur African safari was the first time… Our African safari was the first time Rhonda had ever taken a group to Africa. We learned that "Westerners have watches, Africans have time." Not every activity planned, occurred on time or as planned. But, I feel, that Rhonda tried to accommodate as many of the group's (41 in all) particular wishes as possible. I do think some information should be communicated up front regarding the differing room accommodations, and discounted differential computed for those willing to bunk in the outskirts of camp. The meals were phenomenal as we had a master chef of native game preparing every delicacy. (Lodge should invest in a large coffee pot, though, for availability of fresh coffee rather than instant.) The weather was perfect and we were adequately advised to pack accordingly. Also helpful tips were communicated regarding options to do during layover in England. All in all, I think Rhonda did a fabulous job coordinating all the activities and keeping us informed of changes as they came up in itinerary.

GBExcept for a few items Except for a few items, everything was quite excellent. Those "items" were: 1. Upon arriving in advance of the official tour I would have expected ground transportation to be coordinated. 2. The hotel in London should have been closed to the City center to allow for walking around instead of additional cab fares to get around. 3. While I understand hotel room size in Europe is an issue, a couple of the Hotel rooms were unreasonably small. Otherwise, the ground transportation, length of daily travel, meals, tour operators, etc. were all excellent.
