This company is a scam are This company is a scam are. We initially booked our reservation from the 16th to the 23rd, but upon confirmation, we discovered that the ticket dates had been altered to the 16th to the 24th. Upon contacting customer service to rectify this error, we were informed that any changes would incur additional charges. When we requested to cancel the reservation and receive a refund, they adamantly refused. The agents we spoke with were not only unhelpful but also displayed rudeness in their interactions. Even when we escalated the matter to a manager, the response remained discourteous and uncooperative.
