Nathan was really polite and helpful… Nathan was really polite and helpful when trying to find my flight. He was able to get my seats, carryon, and personal baggage bundled in one payment which was verified when I called the airline company directly. The only thing I was disappointed about was not getting the original pricing that was offered at the beginning of the process due to not having the seating available. This caused the price to be more than advertised.

I was traveling in a large group of 7 and he helped me even with the seating arrangements . This company is a scam This company is a scam. Jim C only responds to good reviews which I'm sure they are written by fellow scammers that work there. Stay away from this company. Luckily I jumped the shark by calling before entering my CC. The minute I spoke to the rep...I immediately knew this was a scam. He was full of crap.

Eric was great Well, I was very skeptical at first because the fares were almost 50% of what was on priceline and the like. I did have to call today to get the confirmation #. While I was checking with the airline to pick the seats, Eric waited for me to confirm and feel confident that this was actually legitimate confirmation. Eric also helped to look for flights for another couple, flying from another destination to meet us for the trip. Eric also helped to have our connecting flight match up. He was very helpful, polite, and I will ask for him again when I have to book another trip!!!!
