Very Helpful Overall Hello all, I actually am very grateful for the help Lauren Messi(refund department) and Charlie Klinger(ticket agent) were able to provide me, and ultimately when the alternative flights were unable to fit my schedule they helped me cancel my ticket and gave me a full refund. Looking at other reviews, it seems they have a common practice of offering booking for cheap flights online that are very restrictive, and then offering customers more expensive flights with all amenities included. Having to call them and wait in the phone for almost an hour was fairly exhausting. If you’re cautious enough to read reviews before buying tickets, you should know better and buy directly from the airline or a trusted seller. That said, I do feel like they tried their best to find me a good flight, and I appreciate their help. Thank you.

A Great Booking! At first the experience was a little shaky with when I bought the tickets because I had a problem with my first reservation but when I got in touch with one of the Best Airfare agents, Ethan, he helped me figure out my flight information and gave me the best deal possible for my flight. He was very kind and patient which was very helpful in my stressful situation of finding flights, he made it completely stress free and found a compromise that worked best for me and I appreciated it. Nathan was really polite and helpful… Nathan was really polite and helpful when trying to find my flight. He was able to get my seats, carryon, and personal baggage bundled in one payment which was verified when I called the airline company directly. The only thing I was disappointed about was not getting the original pricing that was offered at the beginning of the process due to not having the seating available. This caused the price to be more than advertised.

Great customer service Great customer service, very attentive in information on fly, days, and time. Only issue I had was that a much lower quote was obtained on line with a different airline. Website should be updated as soon as tickets are sold out.
