This company is a nightmare This company is a nightmare to work with. They never call you back when they say. They didn't know Korean Airlines didn't take Discover card and after many phone calls to them and Discover only then did I figure it out for them. Then to top it all off they spelled my wife's name wrong on her international flight tickets. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He handled any discrepancy related to the ticket, cost or schedule quickly and professionally. He was very patient with me while I was trying to get connected to my Wi-Fi to Verify all of my ticket information on my end was correct. I had many questions, about seating, cost for baggage and flight Changes. Eric answered every single one of them quickly and clearly. At the end Of my barrage of questions, I still felt very comfortable with the end result of the tickets cost, and the end balance after taxes and fees.
