Booked online parking was easy 10 minutes from O’Hare Haven't parked with them yet, but booking was easy. I will need to arrive earlier than I booked due to 1/2 hour time required for shuttle to airport transfer. After our trip we took shuttle bus to car rental building and called Route #. Was picked up and our car was available when we were dropped off. Very simple, convenient & affordable.

Extremely disappointed! Thursday December,12, 2019, 11a.m., waited 1 ½ hours (in freezing weather) for shuttle bus (pick-up) at the Atlanta, GA Airport. Every airport hotel shuttle bus came to the airport pickup EXCEPT ATL Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport SOUTH. Called the hotel 5 times, each time the Hotel front desk representative said “the driver is on his way.” If you do want to be stranded, DO NOT park your vehicle at ATL Inn Atlanta Airport SOUTH—4669 Airport Blvd, Collage Park, GA 30337

She was extremely professional,helpful, polite and courteous. She deserves a metal for working with me and how confused I was. She unraveled the issues and resolved them to my utmost satisfaction.She was so focused on helping me that she called the following day to complete transactions that were not completed the previous night. I loved working with her and she certainly an asset to United Airport Parking!

After receiving the approval documents I drove over to the Marriott and Herman at the front got me parked in the long stay right away. I'll be back in 3 weeks in Miami and will be staying at the Marriott for 2 days before heading out.
