Five Star Experience out of ATL Flying out of Atlanta I have used United Airport Parking several times. Parking at the Crowne Plaza gets me to the terminal as quickly as airport parking. Shuttle drivers are always helpful, courteous and on time. Parking area is gated and secure. Highly recommend.

the O’Hare address provided does not… the O’Hare address provided does not exist and there is no sign to designate . We spent 15 minutes trying to find - ended up paying airport parking to ensure we could make flight on time. Have never experienced a problem with other airport parking lots until this one. Will never book again and hope not to spend too much time arranging for a full refund!

An Extremely Happy Customer At first I was very hesitant to leave my car at some random hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and security. The shuttle was on time taking me and picking me up from the airport. I extremely loved the affordable price for 4 days.I would recommend United Airport Parking to any and everyone. Extremely disappointed! Thursday December,12, 2019, 11a.m., waited 1 ½ hours (in freezing weather) for shuttle bus (pick-up) at the Atlanta, GA Airport. Every airport hotel shuttle bus came to the airport pickup EXCEPT ATL Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport SOUTH. Called the hotel 5 times, each time the Hotel front desk representative said “the driver is on his way.” If you do want to be stranded, DO NOT park your vehicle at ATL Inn Atlanta Airport SOUTH—4669 Airport Blvd, Collage Park, GA 30337

Booked online parking was easy 10 minutes from O’Hare Haven't parked with them yet, but booking was easy. I will need to arrive earlier than I booked due to 1/2 hour time required for shuttle to airport transfer. After our trip we took shuttle bus to car rental building and called Route #. Was picked up and our car was available when we were dropped off. Very simple, convenient & affordable.
