I've used united airport parking for… I've used united airport parking for the last few years as a counter to the expense and madness of the Atlanta airport. The cost has always been lower than either the airport or comparable park/ride companies and we have always been close to the airport with a clean, safe lot and regular shuttles. We've never had a problem and have been pleased with the service offered.

4 stars for easily making reservation… 4 stars for easily making reservation but, so far, no receipt of e-mail with reservation details and since I was booking for my daughter-in-law I wanted to forward that e- mail to her. So can whoever receives this message action if you are able to ascertain my e-mail address from this post. For info I did receive the receipt for payment. Thank you.

I had the opportunity to speak with… I had the opportunity to speak with Kelsey regarding reservations that I had made and did not appear to show up on my reservation list. She was extremely professional,helpful, polite and courteous. She deserves a metal for working with me and how confused I was. She unraveled the issues and resolved them to my utmost satisfaction.She was so focused on helping me that she called the following day to complete transactions that were not completed the previous night. I loved working with her and she certainly an asset to United Airport Parking!

Faithful consumer I've been using this company to have affordable airport parking since grooms transportation became so expensive. That was almost 4 yrs ago, and I haven't looked back since. After reserving I found that the time I… After reserving I found that the time I scheduled did not run a shuttle to airport. Vital info to know to plan an uber and consider overall costs. No clear direction on where to park. Hotel was accommodating. Itbwas united parking that needs improvement Thank you for responding, but I looked on the website several times before booking and even before confirming. There was no listing of shuttles and even the address or directions link was not user friendly at all it kept on opening new pages to use Maps instead of google maps and then still didn’t direct it just listed instructions to direct which I couldn’t read while driving.
