GBMy brother-in-law purchased a ticket to… My brother-in-law purchased a ticket to NC. He actually passed away unexpectedly and they will not refund his ticket to his family. They will also not get back to us. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. It's terrible to take advantage of a family during such a devasting tragedy.

Samaria worked hard to get me the best rate with the best add on services. She was polite and helpful throughout the entire process. Grace was just as amazing ensuring I received my e-ticket and everything was as it should be to eliminate any issues. I cannot say enough about their outstanding service. Thank you to both ladies.

GBDo not purchase any tickets from this… Do not purchase any tickets from this service it is a scam. I’ve been on the phone back-and-forth with them all day for two days. They are lying about issuing my ticket every time I call them they tell me something about the bag I have to pay for be on standby With Delta with the economy ticket call Delta up they told me they didn’t have no information of this service. Sending them information for me to get tickets and Delta also told me they do not have standby on a A plane that you paid for already, so I am disputing this with my bank and with Klarna they put prices on the website and they do not on the prices that they charge you on the website. Please do not use this service. It’s a bunch of foreign Indian people that’s answering the phone and they do not help you the supervisor it’s just as bad as the employees so please do not use the service

GBCancellation Reserved a spot on united airlines. I should have checked the reviews first before using this company. I’m giving Erren Brown a 4 star not the company because he helped me cancel the reservation as I realized what it was going on with this company. The reviews are truthful on here. Some people didn’t ever receive an actual flight and they had their money taken with no flight given. Erren helped me cancel the reservation and no charges will be filed on the card. If they are it’ll be disputed but I imagine it won’t happen. I appreciate the willingness for them to help me move past the no cancellations term they have in place.
