GBFirst of all i like to thank mr First of all i like to thank mr. Robin to help me out with the issue of my online purchase, he is outstanding, i have 5 star for him but the companys website advertising is not accurate bevause that ticket i purchased in the early was not guarranteed and i did not got any email from them after i made my payment online, i spent hours to get my tickets with differnt schedule and paid higher price, they show you a cheaper price just to gets you in and tell a differnt story,their website do not explain abouh stand by or emergency tickets, bad experience, i will never use them again, very stressful,they need to be specific abouth the online ticket DEAL.. After i purchase they told me it was stand by tickets but did not mention on their website. Thats why i have 2 star for the company. I ALSO READ A SAME STORY HERE!!

GBMy brother-in-law purchased a ticket to… My brother-in-law purchased a ticket to NC. He actually passed away unexpectedly and they will not refund his ticket to his family. They will also not get back to us. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE. It's terrible to take advantage of a family during such a devasting tragedy.
