Big Savings on flight! Awesome! Was skeptical at first because I saved $200 on my one way ticket. However, I checked the American Airlines website after my reservation completed processing (24hours after booking on your site as was stated at time of booking ) I found my confirmed. ticketed reservation and I was able to purchase my advance seat assignment. Hope my day of travel goes as smooth!

Very easy transaction Cheaper than any other place and very easy transaction. I even got a call telling me that when they ran my card they broke the amount into two transactions and to not be alarm that they were only charging what I had agreed to pay. I had been using a PC and I migrated over to iMac and was in need of drivers and software to re-establish my connection. Paul was very help in explaining the progress Neat had came since I last purchased. I ended up purchasing your new product based on his expertise of the product. I only had a live chat and went through about an hour, switching back from the chat to trying to up load the drivers. I wish you had a remote connection. Just for assisting new client migration, which would have help with some of the frustration. First times, are very hard to maneuver.

The worst company ever The worst company ever. They did not give me refund since April 2020. And now when I asked for my refund, they sent only a part of the money even though the flights were cancelled by the airlines due to covid.
