"He may be traveling and is unable to respond to your request."

At first i was very skeptical about… At first i was very skeptical about using them bc i never heard of them before but i have a very improtant reunion in feb and the tkts were ao expensive on other sites however i saved over 600 bucks on my ticket for 2 and i checked with the actual airline and yes my reservation is in place. My First Plane Trip This is my first Plane Trip, and was skeptical about buying a plane ticket from an online site. I read the reviews, thought about it for a couple of days. So I took a Leap Of Faith, and I am not sorry. The price was wayyyy cheaper than all the sites I visited. I called to ask a question, the service representative explained it to me, and he even resent the information for me to download. Sf o when I didn't get an immediate confirmation I was worried. I called support. They were very responsive and assured me that I would get a response within 48 hrs. The next day I was ticketed. This was a very good experience.
