Sf o when I didn't get an immediate confirmation I was worried. I called support. They were very responsive and assured me that I would get a response within 48 hrs. The next day I was ticketed. I was skeptical at first, because the price I got was 50% off of the airline's listed price on their website. I was able to log in to the airline website about 2 days later to confirm the booking and choose seats. Bargainairticket was very responsive to my questions. I contacted them twice thru chat because I couldn't find my reservation on the airline website the next day.
