I had a wonderful experience with this… I had a wonderful experience with this site. When I did the first reservation, by mistake Put the expiration date from my credit card wrong. The begining the operation was approved. Next day the operation was cancelled. I was desesperate. But I call to explain the situation. Was fixed and they kept the same price the begining. Thank you so much.

My First Plane Trip This is my first Plane Trip, and was skeptical about buying a plane ticket from an online site. I read the reviews, thought about it for a couple of days. So I took a Leap Of Faith, and I am not sorry. The price was wayyyy cheaper than all the sites I visited. I called to ask a question, the service representative explained it to me, and he even resent the information for me to download. Thank you for helping take away any reservations I had in the beginning.

Very easy transaction Cheaper than any other place and very easy transaction. I even got a call telling me that when they ran my card they broke the amount into two transactions and to not be alarm that they were only charging what I had agreed to pay. I've never had that before; a personal call! Great customer service.

I was very nervous booking with a… I was very nervous booking with a service unknown to me that was half the price of the airline and popular services. ( Kayak, Expedia, Amrrican Express Travel). Sf o when I didn't get an immediate confirmation I was worried. I called support. They were very responsive and assured me that I would get a response within 48 hrs. The next day I was ticketed. This was a very good experience.

Had a wonderful… Had a wonderful transaction....Excellent communication and almost immediate response to my email questions (even on Sunday!!).I made reservations for weekend travel the WE before Easter and the Easter WE to/from Ft Lauderdale.... Saved 40% off of fare(s) I had researched through several aggregator sites. These guys are the real deal. I received my locator# within 24 hours and I went on the airline webpage and accessed my flight reservations and chose my seat selections. Very pleased !!
