Honeymoon Perfection Every detail, from airport pickups to in room champagne, was absolutely perfect. Transfers between islands have been seamless. The additional tours suggested have been beyond incredible and worth every penny. Our agent was fantastic to work with and always quick to respond despite time zone differences. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

Jackie and Custom Tahiti are second to none!!! Jackie was very knowledgeable and very in tune to our expectations for our trip. We had inquired with a few different travel companies but quickly felt most comfortable with Custom Tahiti. We felt that Jackie was putting forth the same effort as if she were the traveler. She put us in touch with our wedding planner, photographer, tour guides, restaurant reservations. You name it she took care of it. And when Jackie wasn't available Tom stepped right in. Travel documents were delivered in advance not to fret and people to meet us on the ground were outstanding.

I was hesitant signing up with a company that I was only working via email and not meeting the person face-to-face, but Jackie made us feel like we knew each other for years. She worked with us to stay within our budget and give us everything we wanted. The trip ended up being amazing and it was so wonderful to have everything organized for us, flights, transportation, pick up times, dinners, and excursions. Made our trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable. I will certainly be using Custom Tahiti Travel in the future!

Operations suspended without reason and no refunds being issued Operations suspended. Payments accepted and no refunds issued through travel agency or law office. Dreams crushed, two years of planning, trust instilled in the company, no explanations, no response to where the money is. The company apologizes, but has not proposed a resolution.

You can still save your trip We were suppose to travel to Moorea and Bora Bora next month for our 10 year anniversary. Received an email on Oct 2 that they have gone out of business and all our reservations have been canceled. We paid them in full 3 weeks ago and unfortunately may never get the money back. For those that are still wanting to go on their trip, we have located the island company Custom Tahiti travel used to book our hotel, ferry, and inter island flights and luckily they have NOT canceled our trip and were willing to deal with us directly.
