We have never used an travel … We have never used an travel agent/company prior to this trip and were somewhat concerned about what to expect. I can say this trip went off completely as advertised with no surprises or disappointments and clear directions. We received great information prior to leaving and every detail was as expected. As such, we were able to completely enjoy this unbelievable holiday! Thank you

Standard experience In the end, everything turned out great! Was nice to have all of our hotels, breakfasts, transfers and inter-island flights all sorted and organised for us - we had an amazing holiday! We did plan our holiday in advance (as it was for our wedding!) and it would have been nice if the travel agent was more helpful with the others who were in our party. We gave them our agents name, who had said he could help organise their travel as well, and everyone decided to go with someone else/another agency as he was not helpful at all, didn't respond to emails etc. Strange as it would have made them more money... apart from that, dealing with Custom Tahiti Travel was a good experience but nothing outstanding.

Bora Bora...wow Working with Jackie (and the rest of the agents) with Custom Tahiti Travel was an absolute pleasure and made this dream 20th anniversary trip simply amazing. They were prompt when questions were asked and completely spot on with all of their recommendations. The Four Seasons Bora Bora is paradise on Earth. Do yourself a favor and make this a must on your bucket list. We will be going back and we will use Custom Tahiti again.

Custom Tahiti Travel was good Custom Tahiti Travel was a pleasure to book our last-minute honeymoon through. They were very accommodating with payment scheduled and booking. We had a couple hiccups, though. We never received the GoPro promotion prior to leaving, but it was quickly rectified after we returned. Another problem we encountered was a strike in Tahiti with our airline - flight was cancelled (beyond their control), but they did not resolve detour problem for us as other resortee's experienced with their travel agents. We had to get the issue resolved ourselves by visiting the Air France office in Tahiti, something we feel should have been handled by Custom Tahiti. Nonetheless, it was resolved and we got out flight changed and made our connections - just wish they put through more effort like our fellow travelers' agents did.
