Highly recommend Custom Tahiti Travel Just got back from our trip to Bora Bora and could not rave about the trip and Custom Tahiti Travel any more. They were so easy to deal with and the trip was so amazing. The things Jackie described were exactly as she said (reservations, pick ups, transfers, connections, etc) and when we had issues (Air France went on strike in Tahiti) they went out of their way to help us. I would highly recommend Custom Tahiti Travel to anyone.

We have never used an travel … We have never used an travel agent/company prior to this trip and were somewhat concerned about what to expect. I can say this trip went off completely as advertised with no surprises or disappointments and clear directions. We received great information prior to leaving and every detail was as expected. First time with a travel agency . This was the first time we have gone with a travel company , so I don’t have much comparison . Our experience overall all was good . Good service , good communication. Everything was going as planned . All reservations ( plane , hotel , tour ) was according as talked about . I would recommend their services .

Trip of a lifetime We enjoyed a wonderful visit to Vahine Island and Bora Bora with the help of Custom Tahiti. I told them what we want, and they put together a great package so we didn't have to worry about anything, and included was a snorkel trip and lovely dinner as a gift. My emails were answered promptly, even on a week-end, and everyone involved was courteous. Highly recommended.

Custom Tahiti Travel was good Custom Tahiti Travel was a pleasure to book our last-minute honeymoon through. They were very accommodating with payment scheduled and booking. We had a couple hiccups, though. We never received the GoPro promotion prior to leaving, but it was quickly rectified after we returned. Another problem we encountered was a strike in Tahiti with our airline - flight was cancelled (beyond their control), but they did not resolve detour problem for us as other resortee's experienced with their travel agents. We had to get the issue resolved ourselves by visiting the Air France office in Tahiti, something we feel should have been handled by Custom Tahiti. Nonetheless, it was resolved and we got out flight changed and made our connections - just wish they put through more effort like our fellow travelers' agents did.
