issue with flight I had an issue with the departure flight and customer service worked with us to ensure we received our exact flight including the arrival time at home. We are extremely thankful for all the effort they put forward to ensure our travel needs were met. Thank you to the entire company and to the representative that worked with us Dustin. We purchased Economy Plus seats… We purchased Economy Plus seats Amsterdam to Vancouver BC. $395.09 When we got to the airport there were no seats for us. We were moved 3 times on the plane, but just to crampted economy, NOT PLUS ECONOMY! We shound get a full refund from Faresonfleek for no service provided. Nov 1, 2022

Today I purchased a ticket ans instead… Today I purchased a ticket ans instead of receiving a confirmation on my newly booked flight, I received email of pending status and a contact number to call. I called and was told the flight was not available and a new fare was given of $798 nearly double the original price purchased. I was told I could cancel for full refund. When I called to cancel. There was an issue with me getting a full refund of $798. Thankfully, I finally spoke with Samuel who worked on my issue for the better of 3 hours, and he personally called me back with great news that I would receive a full discount. I am so relieved and thankful for all his efforts, the many calls to get my reverse so I could be fully credited. There needs to be more agents like Samuel that go beyond to assist customers in crises.

Nathan was very aggressive and would… Nathan was very aggressive and would not take give me an refund for an answer , I initially bought a one way flight for $130 one way, a week later I wanted to Simply ad a carry on ( NOTHING ELSE!! ) he told me there was no English speaking Supervisors available and he was my only choice, when he was done robbing me blind new total was $265.00 that there my friends is a $135 carry on.. thanks to my Visa People I was able to Cancel everything, it was a awful experience I wish on very few people! TERRIBLE
