issue with flight I had an issue with the departure flight and customer service worked with us to ensure we received our exact flight including the arrival time at home. We are extremely thankful for all the effort they put forward to ensure our travel needs were met. Thank you to the entire company and to the representative that worked with us Dustin. We are so thankful.

I had an exceptional and professional… I han an exceptional and professional experience with Samuel today. I personally booked a flight online. Then I got a call from Samuel saying that he called to let me know that my ticket was confirmed and ready for use. However came a bad news that my credit card wasn't able to charge. Samuel patiently investigated my challenges and fixed them. I got the authentic E-Ticket and good gesture. Thank you Mr Sa
