I had an exceptional and professional… I han an exceptional and professional experience with Samuel today. I personally booked a flight online. Then I got a call from Samuel saying that he called to let me know that my ticket was confirmed and ready for use. However came a bad news that my credit card wasn't able to charge. Nathan was very aggressive and would… Nathan was very aggressive and would not take give me an refund for an answer , I initially bought a one way flight for $130 one way, a week later I wanted to Simply ad a carry on ( NOTHING ELSE!! ) he told me there was no English speaking Supervisors available and he was my only choice, when he was done robbing me blind new total was $265.00 that there my friends is a $135 carry on.. thanks to my Visa People I was able to Cancel everything, it was a awful experience I wish on very few people! TERRIBLE
