GBWhat I would have liked is to know… What I would have liked is to know what reservation this was for, the location. I made several reservations in the last few days, and had to search out which one this was.

GBThe hotel was not paid when I checked out. The reservation confirmation did not contain the name, address, or phone number of the Hotel. The Hotel had the reservation under my name, but did not recognize the confirmation number I was given. When I left after a two day stay, the hotel did not have confirmation of the funds transfer to their account. My credit card was charged. I expect better 'care and feeding' of the vendors.

GBquestionable service then cancelled for unknown reason I made a reservation at Quality Inn Merrimack and received the confirmation. It all looked good and I researched the company and entered m confirmation number and it said it was cancelled under a sister co. name ...No notice was sent to me, so I would not hae had a room if I trusted it. So I made it again and it seems OK but have to keep checking for sure, I went to bank and put alert on acct and rep seems weird nd unprofessional and kept m on line a long time with confirm #.
