GBCustomer Service Agent The customer service agent was the worst, she did not answer any of my question. And she even refused to answer my call after many of tries. I was just asking for questions about Mountain High’s season pass and rentals. She is the worse agent I have ever seen in my life. She is did not even answer any of my questions, and she was frustrated and had no patience. I hope you can make a change on this situation, I am changing my views on Mountain High by the way they act.

GBLove East & West and the Adaptive Lessons Program! My 12 year old son Tony is in the Adaptive Lessons Program with Bobby Mourino. Tony is a person with Down Syndrome. While he is very athletic we did not know how he would take to skiing (and snowboarding) an activity the rest of his family members enjoy. I couldn't be more pleased with the results of the program and how warmly we are welcomed. This St. Patrick's Day weekend had Tony skiing independently with Kolby all day, no tethers or "edgie-wedgies" We recently purchased Season Passes for the entire family. Thank you Mountain High for a great time! Jim Trinchera & Family.

GBNice easy drive for local snowboarding Nice easy drive for local snowboarding. Upkeep of lifts and slopes are fine. Lessons are helpful, but their organizing of groups and experience levels takes too much time, and needs improvement. Their lack of not re-ordering beer kegs in a timely matter is frustrating. Their outdoor lockers need some repair, as they have issues unlocking during xolser weather. They should really upgrade to take Apple Pay at bars and restaurant.

GBMt High is definitely 5 stars if you… Mt High is definitely 5 stars if you live in Southern California. Just imagine that it snowed 6 inches yesterday, then today you go up to Mt High and it's 55 to 60 degrees sunny California. Awesome for snowboard terrain park, lots of features all along the main trails. Season pass is affordable and worth it. Mt High is definitely great if you like to do park stuff or enjoying short speedy all mountain trails. But if you prefer long lengthy trails or lots of trails to explore, then go somewhere else like Big Bear or Mammoth.

GBThe resort goes out of their way to… The resort goes out of their way to accommodate visitors. They have a very active social media program keeping me alerted through text messages and emails. They offer creative ticket package pricing such as "4-pack night tickets" and so on. The mountain terrain is well maintained and high speed quad lifts keep everyone moving up the mountain with short lift lines.
