Great day at Mountain High We had snow recently so the runs had a very good base and were groomed well, the lift lines were fast and the Staff were pfofessional and friendly. The e-ticket is a Great deal for $5 and military/1st responder discount are appreciated. The parking lot is showing age so park where it's dry so you can change your gear comfortably, Recycled concrete base is an excelent, cost effective way to fill pot holes and will last.

Parking can be a complete nightmare Parking can be a complete nightmare. They make it difficult when you have a pass and won’t let you up due to all snow players taking all the spots half the time. And for us long time season pass holders, we didn’t get a renew discount this season is ridiculous. So being a long time pass holder we aren’t thanked nor appreciated and pay the same as someone new .. that isn’t right at all.

getting our lift tickets (after… getting our lift tickets (after purchasing online) took an HOUR. It was so inefficient, people were cutting lines, and there was no clarity as to which line to wait under. This shouldn't take an hour. it should take less than 5 minutes if you purchased online!

Although I purchased online Although I purchased online, and arrived at 8:30, I stood in the “VIP” line for 20 min. While everyone in the non-VIP line was helped and then an employee said I could go to the other line. Also, I waited in the rental line another 20 minutes. The employees were working diligently but I felt that they needed at least one or two more employees to move the process along. I will rent at home next time. Cheaper and quicker.

Love East & West and the Adaptive Lessons Program! My 12 year old son Tony is in the Adaptive Lessons Program with Bobby Mourino. Tony is a person with Down Syndrome. While he is very athletic we did not know how he would take to skiing (and snowboarding) an activity the rest of his family members enjoy. I couldn't be more pleased with the results of the program and how warmly we are welcomed. This St. Patrick's Day weekend had Tony skiing independently with Kolby all day, no tethers or "edgie-wedgies" We recently purchased Season Passes for the entire family. Thank you Mountain High for a great time! Jim Trinchera & Family.
