Been skiing at mt high for 7 years Been skiing at mt high for 7 years. Holding annual pass for the last four years. Great location, easy drive from LA. Can get crowded on weekend mornings. Need to be cautious and be in control while skiing to avoid collision. Very friendly local resort to practice your skiing or snowboarding before you hit all the other big mountains.

Disappointing experience at mountain high resort Staff at ticketing was rude and incompetent. She overcharged me for an additional private lesson and kept me at the ticketing for more than 30 mins resulting in our party having to rush to make it on time to the 10 am private lessons. We dropped over $1000 for just one day at your resort but the service was horrible. Staff at magic carpet was extremely rude screaming at me for stepping on the trail with my 3 year old daughter who was her first time skiing. He was caught falling asleep instead of attending n ensuring the safety of the guests at the magic carpet. Not enough lifts opened. Roadrunner was closed.

Nice easy drive for local snowboarding Nice easy drive for local snowboarding. Upkeep of lifts and slopes are fine. Lessons are helpful, but their organizing of groups and experience levels takes too much time, and needs improvement. Their lack of not re-ordering beer kegs in a timely matter is frustrating. Their outdoor lockers need some repair, as they have issues unlocking during xolser weather. They should really upgrade to take Apple Pay at bars and restaurant.

Closest Resort in SoCal! Mountain High is easy to get to and makes it the closest resort from popular metropolitan locations. Friendly staff, good service, and a great atmosphere. No matter the conditions, the park staff does their best to put up a good set up. They are open to suggestions, and change it up each year.

Parking can be a complete nightmare Parking can be a complete nightmare. They make it difficult when you have a pass and won’t let you up due to all snow players taking all the spots half the time. And for us long time season pass holders, we didn’t get a renew discount this season is ridiculous. So being a long time pass holder we aren’t thanked nor appreciated and pay the same as someone new .. that isn’t right at all.
