GBMt High is definitely 5 stars if you… Mt High is definitely 5 stars if you live in Southern California. Just imagine that it snowed 6 inches yesterday, then today you go up to Mt High and it's 55 to 60 degrees sunny California. Awesome for snowboard terrain park, lots of features all along the main trails. Season pass is affordable and worth it. Mt High is definitely great if you like to do park stuff or enjoying short speedy all mountain trails. But if you prefer long lengthy trails or lots of trails to explore, then go somewhere else like Big Bear or Mammoth.

GBThe resort goes out of their way to… The resort goes out of their way to accommodate visitors. They have a very active social media program keeping me alerted through text messages and emails. They offer creative ticket package pricing such as "4-pack night tickets" and so on. The mountain terrain is well maintained and high speed quad lifts keep everyone moving up the mountain with short lift lines.

GBI love the ski resort but I love the ski resort, but the people who work there r very bad, I felt very humiliated when they took away my pass, when I went to rent ski poles that I had forgotten, they wanted my bill for my pass, and when I couldn’t show, they didn’t return the pass ! Same thing happened to my daughter,!

GBBought 1st time e-tickets online Bought 1st time e-tickets online, arrived at 9 on a Monday to pick up tickets and get skiing. Expected a quick visit to ticket booth, but lines at all windows, and two windows to handle e tickets. It took 30 minutes in line to get to window. At the window, pleasant help and it took 2 min to get our tickets. Can't figure how it took 30 min. Needed more windows open, or e-ticket ONLY windows. Employees in rentals, lodge and bar all super pleasant and helpful. Lift crews not particularly helpful - know they're there for safety, but ought to know the trails and runs so as to be able to offer a suggestion.

GBAlthough I purchased online Although I purchased online, and arrived at 8:30, I stood in the “VIP” line for 20 min. While everyone in the non-VIP line was helped and then an employee said I could go to the other line. Also, I waited in the rental line another 20 minutes. The employees were working diligently but I felt that they needed at least one or two more employees to move the process along. I will rent at home next time. Cheaper and quicker.
