Don’t book throug Tripshock!!! They lie about “lowest price guaranteed” Don’t book throug Tripshock!!!! It’s easy to find local service provider and you’ll save 30+%. We had a trip to Crab Island, I booked it through tripshock for 602$ total, then I communicate only with Sunventure cruises company. Their receipt was for 458$, catamaran crew was nice and friendly, they did their job perfect and spent 4 hours with us. So they valued their “service and compensation” for 150$… it’s too much, so I advise to check NEXT couple google pages for booking and you’ll save money.

I'm a believer...customer service isn't dead Easy to book through and found us a great discount on a dolphin cruise in town, on our stay-cation. We've already booked our next fishing trip through them as well for the summer. Can't say enough good things about the customer service and specialized attention they gave us to help accommodate our special needs daughter. You've made me a believer!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE We used TripShock while on vacation in Orange Beach. We have 2 sons (2 years old and 7 years old). We wanted to rent jet skis to ride and see the dolphins in the bay. TripShock made it very easy to locate the perfect group to deal with and to book them at a time that was most convenient to our family. Hesitant about the group having the required necessities for our youngest son, we called to inquire on a few details prior to booking. Sunset cruise dream come true We had a rather rainy visit this year and didn't think we'd be able to do a dolphin cruise. Thankfully our last day on the emerald coast was a sunny one but unfortunately everyone else had the same idea we did and our boat of choice was sold out.
