Don’t book throug Tripshock!!! They lie about “lowest price guaranteed” Don’t book throug Tripshock!!!! It’s easy to find local service provider and you’ll save 30+%. We had a trip to Crab Island, I booked it through tripshock for 602$ total, then I communicate only with Sunventure cruises company. Their receipt was for 458$, catamaran crew was nice and friendly, they did their job perfect and spent 4 hours with us. So they valued their “service and compensation” for 150$… it’s too much, so I advise to check NEXT couple google pages for booking and you’ll save money.

No upgrade to a season pass with Tripshock Purchasing the Big Kahunas tockets was quick and easy. When we arrived at the waterpark we found that discounted park tickets could be upgraded to a season pass that would be valid through the end of 2017. I wanted to do that, but we found out that you cannot do that if your tickets are purchased via Tripshock. If I had purchased the tickets on the Big Kahunas website (same discount is availsble) then no problem upgrading to a season pass.

I cannot say enough about my experience … I cannot say enough about my experience with this company. It was deplorable! While one person (Stephanie) was so amiable and understanding, one manager (Sarah) talked to my wife like she was a dog! I would not recommend this booking agency for any future bookings!

We've already booked our next fishing trip through them as well for the summer. Can't say enough good things about the customer service and specialized attention they gave us to help accommodate our special needs daughter. You've made me a believer!
