While one person (Stephanie) was so amiable and understanding, one manager (Sarah) talked to my wife like she was a dog! I would not recommend this booking agency for any future bookings!

Helpful customer service We are traveling with 4 generations raging in age from 7 to 77. I asked several questions that would be of importance for the varied ages. The rep was patient and kind and even said call back if you have any more questions. The price was great with discounts for seniors and young children. Entertaining 7 people for an afternoon at such a reasonable rate is a treat! Thank you.

Modern day pirates! Called to book tour with Honey Island Swamp Tours. They booked us with Cajun Encounters wich was 20 min from our desired location. Luckily the wonderful people at Cajun Encounters held the boat until we arrived. Very stressful situation on an otherwise relaxing vacation with my son. Guy at Honey Island says they do this all the time. Someone is getting paid behind the scenes to divert biz to Honey Island''s competition.

First-timers Overall pretty convenient, but there were two flaws. One, the items were snatched out of my cart during checkout & abruptly increased by three dollars per ticket, and I wasn't allowed use my coupon code for 10% off. I'd still probably use the sight again, though.

TripShock Booking Review Unbelievably easy and fast! I received the booking confirmation via text literally seconds after I pressed the button to reserve. I hope the tour goes as well as the booking. I also saved 15% with a promo code. I like that we are all set now and don't need to deal with making reservations once we are on vacation.
