Could have gone wrong- but Sandra made it right! First, I will say- read the fine print! They will not let you redeem within 30 days of purchase because of fraud. I advised they they should put it more predominantly! However, after sending a gift card to my friend who is getting married and finding this out, I reached out to Sandra at trip shock and she helped us out! She accommodated us and I am looking forward to the photos Jessica sends us from her amazing tour! Thank you!

Gulfarium Excellent way to purchase tickets. Was able to walk past the lines and enter through the prepay area. Very easy process! Gulfarium itself was not very impressive after attending other Dolphin Themed aquariums and shows such as Gulf World, Altanta Aquarium and Las Vegas Dolphin Shows. The facility is not well maintained (dirty)and seems like small areas for the animals.to live in. The experience with TripShok is highly recommended though

AWESOME EXPERIENCE We used TripShock while on vacation in Orange Beach. We have 2 sons (2 years old and 7 years old). We wanted to rent jet skis to ride and see the dolphins in the bay. TripShock made it very easy to locate the perfect group to deal with and to book them at a time that was most convenient to our family. Hesitant about the group having the required necessities for our youngest son, we called to inquire on a few details prior to booking. Very nice people to deal with and made sure we had all need to know info prior to arriving to make the process run as smoothly as possible. Will definitely use TripShock for future plans and reservations

First-timers Overall pretty convenient, but there were two flaws. One, the items were snatched out of my cart during checkout & abruptly increased by three dollars per ticket, and I wasn't allowed use my coupon code for 10% off. I'd still probably use the sight again, though.

Helpful customer service We are traveling with 4 generations raging in age from 7 to 77. I asked several questions that would be of importance for the varied ages. The rep was patient and kind and even said call back if you have any more questions. The price was great with discounts for seniors and young children. Entertaining 7 people for an afternoon at such a reasonable rate is a treat! Thank you.
