I didn’t want to deal with a bot that isn’t going to be much so but fortunately Jennifer at SmarterTravel was who assisted me and me the entire experience a breeze. Awesome Prices AND Service! I had to make multiple reservations to get several rooms for my party. While the UI could have made it easier to book it in one shot, it was the top notch customer service via text chat (and prompt follow up emails and call as needed - thanks Shawn M!) that was the difference from other aggregator services. And their prices were awesome... Hands down better than the competition!

Was assured I would get a confirmation… Was assured I would get a confirmation email! Never did! Moved on to another hotel! Got back home! Surprise we charged you for your stay also! Terrible company and experience!
