We used Smarter Travel to book a hotel… We used Smarter Travel to book a hotel reservation for last week. We stayed at the hotel one night and had to cancel the second night since my husband was in the hospital. I emailed Smarter Travel asking for a refund for the second night due to a medical emergency. Terri one of the customer service specialists at Smarter Travel was wonderful. She answered my email right away and took the necessary steps in getting me my refund. She followed up several times throughout the process. Smarter Travel is lucky to have Terri on their team and Smarter Travel was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them. Norma

I didn’t want to deal with a bot that isn’t going to be much so but fortunately Jennifer at SmarterTravel was who assisted me and me the entire experience a breeze. + Customer Service Had a last minute family medical emergency and had to cancel. The trip was fully refundable if cancelled by a certain time, and I cancelled the day before that time. However, I was only reimbursed half and not the full cost. I contacted customer service next day and Jennifer looked into it and saw that I met the timeline and reimbursed the other half. Very grateful that she understood the situation and was able to assist.

Awesome Prices AND Service! I had to make multiple reservations to get several rooms for my party. While the UI could have made it easier to book it in one shot, it was the top notch customer service via text chat (and prompt follow up emails and call as needed - thanks Shawn M!) that was the difference from other aggregator services. And their prices were awesome... Hands down better than the competition!
