Shawn M Shawn M. was beyond amazing!!! I work in a call center and i handle highest level escalations, so I am very familiar with what good service looks like and also what is expected as a rep. Shawn immediately went above and beyond for me literally like 20 seconds into our interaction... I was asking for further details regarding a hotel I was looking at....He didn't have the answers so he advised me that i would have to call or go to the location...but immediately was already on the phone with them working on my answers. For my Husband and I's One Year… For my Husband and I's One Year Anniversary we booked at a hotel we had spent our Wedding Day at. I had chosen the wrong Dates, and Smarter Travel and their team were so accommodating in helping us get the correct dates in order and make our Anniversary so Special. Thank You to Jennifer and Shawn for taking care of us.

Our experience with SmarterTravell was… Our experience with SmarterTravell was great, however the Hotel experience was not as good. This facility is exceptionally over priced for the accommodations they provide. The $700+ per night rooms was only big enough for the bed with no room to move around, we got a room with a trash dumpster view as they were completely sold out. We will not stay at this facility again and I recommend all to stay at other options in the area.

Super User Friendly App! Super user friendly app that helped me get an incredible rate for a very important engagement. Pricing here beat out other major booking engines, including the property’s own website! Easy navigation had my booking completed in just a few swift minutes. I’ve already spread the good word about this app to several friends & colleagues. Can’t recommend it enough! Awesome!!

Price and booking were seemless Price and booking were seemless. Customer service is horrible. No phone number to talk to anyone. Only open regular business hours. Could only communicate through email. Would have been 5 Stars if you could actually talk to someone via phone 24/7 or at least till something like 10pm
