Great resolution Team was quick to respond to our issues that we were facing and it was very stressful at the airport. However, they found a solution and we were able to get rid of the issue that we faced. So yeah it was great experience. I have no complaints.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I booked a last minute flight through them to AZ, for around $500 per ticket. It looked fishy so I called in the next morning to see if I got scammed. Turns out they did not have the tickets that I purchased, and started offering me alternatives with worse times around $800+ per ticket. I found one of those alternatives for $550ish per ticket on Expedia, just with an earlier departure we were trying to avoid. Complete bait and switch. I told them to cancel my reservation, and they charged me $50 per ticket to cancel a reservation they advertised and didn’t have available. What a gross company. Just eat the price from the airlines or well respected travel sites.
