Excellent back up customer service ! … I had problems making my first booking online due to my computer. The call centre staff and booking agents were quick to respond and did it for me telephonically . It was so reassuring that my investment on flights is managed by such great customer support and back up systems. A flight pass was definitely my best purchase this year ! Roger Williams provided excellent service It was quite disturbing to find out that I couldn't use my Kenya Airways passes due to (most likely) some kind of negligence or noncompliance on their part. After being frustrated that it seemed I could only communicate via email, I was so glad to get a What's App number. Roger Williams was the one who helped me and provided excellent service: he was patient, kind, helpful, informative and efficient. MONEY not REFUNDED Worst customer support. I had 10 passes for OmanAir. The Airlines stopped operating on the route purchased for. The refund was promised with 5-7 days but not refunded yet. Everytime I contact the customer service they give a common response that the team is working on will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but that never happens. Please beware guys before you run behind Optiontown to get your MONEY BACK

I had several problems with different airline providers and OptionTown they do have their own rules and conditions when it comes to change booking.
