KMGood customer service This platform WAS very profitable. I made a lot of savings on my travels thanks to the black out date option. But since the “black out date” option was removed it is no longer really economical.The difference between the price offered by the company and flight pass is almost zero without the black out date option. I hope it will be put back very soon for Comoros. As for customer service, I highly recommend, they listen and find a solution to your problem. Just that sometimes it can take a while to get one online.

KEExcellent service I bought passes for $3990 on KQ but was unable to book after the purchase. It took optiontown 3 months to get back to me. very frustrating. However, on the other hand I had previous flightpass which I was also not able to use because of contractual issues between KQ and OT, in this case, a courteous and professional staff from optiontown dealt with my case promptly and I was given full refund as OT credit which I have used on my new purchase. Excellent service.

JOvery bad service very bad service, beware! 6 months ago i bought a pass with 20 trip from germany to jordan but due to a problem with the contract between royal jordanian and optiontown i wasn't allowed to book a trip! I've been waiting for 6 months. I have sent many emails to optiontown, until now they have not solved my problem, it cost me 7000 US dollars and I have not been able to use any ticket and now they are not answering! I got my lawyer involved, I hope I can get my money back!

PHFlight Schedule Change For some reason, I couldn't find the booked flight (PAL airline) which I redeemed under my Flight Pass. I was trying to change the date of my flight. I decided to try the customer service chat box. My concern was handled by Roger Williams. He said he will change it from his end. The flight change was completed within a few minutes! It was one of the fastest transactions/requests I experienced.

USRoger Williams provided excellent service It was quite disturbing to find out that I couldn't use my Kenya Airways passes due to (most likely) some kind of negligence or noncompliance on their part. After being frustrated that it seemed I could only communicate via email, I was so glad to get a What's App number. Roger Williams was the one who helped me and provided excellent service: he was patient, kind, helpful, informative and efficient.
