This is a HUGE scam.. This is a scam... I bought business class tickets as I am traveling a lot between Oslo and Johannesburg. However, it became obvious pretty early that they only have 1-2 available seats to cover this offer. I ended up not being able to travel at all even trying to be flexible with dates for half of the travels and ending up not being able to utilise all of the procured tickets - and having to rebook one of them, ending up loosing at least 6000 USD. Their customer service is a joke where at one point they said that there were two available tickets for me but I had to book them separately - then of course being able to book one and then had to pay for the second. This was with Ethiopian and I cannot understand why they promote this scam; this puts my anger to also go towards them. DO NOT SIGN UP - if you are somebody that could travel anytime. It is not valuable at all for any business travelers.

very bad service very bad service, beware! 6 months ago i bought a pass with 20 trip from germany to jordan but due to a problem with the contract between royal jordanian and optiontown i wasn't allowed to book a trip! I've been waiting for 6 months. I have sent many emails to optiontown, until now they have not solved my problem, it cost me 7000 US dollars and I have not been able to use any ticket and now they are not answering! I got my lawyer involved, I hope I can get my money back!

Thank You OptionTown- Ryan you are a Champ!! OptionTown is a trusted company to book airline tickets more than the airlines providers. I had several problems with different airline providers and OptionTown they do have their own rules and conditions when it comes to change booking. They were able to cancel and change my booking without any extra cost In less than 24 hours from my departure date. They are really a trusted company. MONEY not REFUNDED Worst customer support. I had 10 passes for OmanAir. The Airlines stopped operating on the route purchased for. The refund was promised with 5-7 days but not refunded yet. Everytime I contact the customer service they give a common response that the team is working on will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but that never happens. Please beware guys before you run behind Optiontown to get your MONEY BACK

Very responsive but with hidden charges Very responsive on WhatsApp and also very professional. Their customer service is excellent. I would only fault them on “hidden” extra charges that pop up out of nowhere. For example they advertise a flight pass that shows an initial payment of xx plus instalments of yyy only to find the initial payment goes up by an extra $1,500 upon checkout!
