The Option town has given best services as and when requested particularly within no time the request made , changes in rescheduling tickets, pass extensions etc. specially during COVID pandemic. MONEY not REFUNDED Worst customer support. I had 10 passes for OmanAir. The Airlines stopped operating on the route purchased for. The refund was promised with 5-7 days but not refunded yet. Everytime I contact the customer service they give a common response that the team is working on will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but that never happens. Please beware guys before you run behind Optiontown to get your MONEY BACK

I had several problems with different airline providers and OptionTown they do have their own rules and conditions when it comes to change booking.
