For very different reasons both were really enjoyable & contact with local organisers oresented no difficulties at all. Will certainly use again.

We paid and received a email with conformation of our tickets for Camp Nou in Barcelona. The idea was to "skip" the queue. Don't bother, there was no queue and our email which had an "attachment" that could not be opened on our home computer, our mobile phones or by the staff at Camp Nou, was not valid, so we had to pay again. The Company refuses to refund our money and I will be sure to blog about them on every site, I can find. It is a pity, I can't add an attachment here, as you can clearly see, what I mean about this dubious company.

Eiffel tower visit Eiffel tower visit I was happy with the Eiffel Tower tour which I reserved through city discovery. We didn't have to wait in line to get in and we went in the groups access with private security check and specific elevator lift. The guide was nice and friendly she provided some insight about the city when we were up on the second level.

The guide doesn't accompany with … The guide doesn't accompany with tourists. Hence it takes time to figure out all locations of interest. His briefing initially sounds good but doesn't help Practically. The excursion site was good and adventurous but by no means it looks as if it is a guided tour. The guide enjoys sitting in cafe or hotel all the time. Hope things improve - otherwise disappointment

Nice tour with lots of interesting … Nice tour with lots of interesting places covered in just 1 day. Only negative point, the guide could have been friendlier. And we had problems getting our e-vouchers accepted, even though the website repeatedly states that there's no need for printing out the vouchers!
