Made our trip so much easier by booking … Made our trip so much easier by booking the " Skip the line " tickets before we left, especially "Versailles", skipped a 2 - 3 hr line up, plus the office staff in Versailles, were a great help after arriving late, due to the Rail Station closure ??, booked us in for the following day, no problem.

Could be better Other tours were OK. There was a cancellation of s tour since the tour operator does not run on Tue I got phone calls & emails informing me right after I booked. That leaves me enough time to replay my itinerary. The descriptions of tour could be more specific precise including tour ending time & place that the tours end so that customers can plan better & without sending City Discovery emails just to ask that.

I have booked for your 3 days tour in … I have booked for your 3 days tour in Indonesia but its quites unfortunate the tour begins on 21th July 2017 but as at 18th July i have still not received my confimation or voucher. Dont know if the company is trustworthy since its bring a week i made the booking. Thank you abd regards n solve my issue

Nice tour with lots of interesting … Nice tour with lots of interesting places covered in just 1 day. Only negative point, the guide could have been friendlier. And we had problems getting our e-vouchers accepted, even though the website repeatedly states that there's no need for printing out the vouchers!

Booking on line was easy Booking on line was easy and the collect and drop offs to our hotel were all good except one where the coach driver missed our hotel and we did a full loop of Singapore dropping everyone else off before returning to our hotel drop off. Longer night than we expected but we did see more of Singapore.
