Booking on line was easy Booking on line was easy and the collect and drop offs to our hotel were all good except one where the coach driver missed our hotel and we did a full loop of Singapore dropping everyone else off before returning to our hotel drop off. Longer night than we expected but we did see more of Singapore.

Top notch city with great tour service. Excellent tour. Wish we had had time for the full day. The company were very helpful and accommodating and replied quickly to our emails. Our guide was punctual (early, in fact), the van was clean and comfortable and the provision of water was very welcome. Not being on a bus tour, we felt a lot less rushed. Toledo is a beautiful place and definitely worth a visit. We would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Our recent guided tour of Sentosa …with an outstanding Tour Guide Our recent guided tour of Sentosa island, Singapore by M/s Linda CHAN was absolutely first class. She was a very capably guide and effectively managed the group without any problems. Her manner and knowledge were both excellent. I undertook to muster a collection to afford her a Tip for her outstanding service and every person in the party willingly contributed to that Tip without hesitation. Eiffel tower visit Eiffel tower visit I was happy with the Eiffel Tower tour which I reserved through city discovery. We didn't have to wait in line to get in and we went in the groups access with private security check and specific elevator lift. The guide was nice and friendly she provided some insight about the city when we were up on the second level.

The guide doesn't accompany with … The guide doesn't accompany with tourists. Hence it takes time to figure out all locations of interest. His briefing initially sounds good but doesn't help Practically. The excursion site was good and adventurous but by no means it looks as if it is a guided tour. The guide enjoys sitting in cafe or hotel all the time. Hope things improve - otherwise disappointment
