For being a first time customer For being a first time customer, my experience has been excellent. From the inquiry to the check-in assistance, all have been wonderful. I will definately visit the site in the near future and will recommend it to others.

Last year I bought 7 flight tickets… Last year I bought 7 flight tickets through jetcost. Ana Garcia was very helpful at the beginning. But when she charged me the tickets on mi debit card, she charged me $170 extra. I talked to her several times and she agreed there was a mistake and promised to give that money back. Once she put her supervisor on the phone and he was very rude and unrespectful with me while he shouted to me. They told me that they were going to reverse my money but I'm still waiting. They have changed their phone number twice. I'm disappointed .

Good customer service I was organizing the purchase of an emergency ticket to Canada for a friend who was difficult to reach in Costa Rica. I talked to Sammy and Rust several times, they were very helpful, respectful and understanding. Even when the call dropped, they called me back quickly. They helped a frustrating situation be more manageable.

NOT RELIABLE DO Not Use Terrible service. Never received confirmation of flight. After multiple calls to FFD I got an english speaking person who told me my flight was sold out with Spirit. Again no prior notice from them. DO NOT USE

My goto site for affordable trips I use this website almost exclusively to book my travel. It’s best to book early but if you are a procrastinator like me, they do their best to get you an affordable flight. Sammy was my customer service representative today and he was incredibly helpful at finding flights that met our needs. He was friendly, professional, and set a goal to keep us happy in our reservation and he succeeded in doing so.
