Last year I bought 7 flight tickets… Last year I bought 7 flight tickets through jetcost. Ana Garcia was very helpful at the beginning. But when she charged me the tickets on mi debit card, she charged me $170 extra. I talked to her several times and she agreed there was a mistake and promised to give that money back. Once she put her supervisor on the phone and he was very rude and unrespectful with me while he shouted to me. They told me that they were going to reverse my money but I'm still waiting. They have changed their phone number twice. I'm disappointed .

The customer support is exceptional, adeptly handling any issues that may arise and assisting with flight bookings to meet one's expectations. I booked my round-trip.Come to find out… I booked my round-trip.Come to find out my trip was pending. When I called , they said that the seats were all sold out. But if I paid four hundred and fifty dollars I can be upgraded. They should not sell Seats if they are not available.
