I talked to Sammy and Rust several times, they were very helpful, respectful and understanding. Even when the call dropped, they called me back quickly. SVLast year I bought 7 flight tickets… Last year I bought 7 flight tickets through jetcost. Ana Garcia was very helpful at the beginning. But when she charged me the tickets on mi debit card, she charged me $170 extra. I talked to her several times and she agreed there was a mistake and promised to give that money back. Once she put her supervisor on the phone and he was very rude and unrespectful with me while he shouted to me. They told me that they were going to reverse my money but I'm still waiting. They have changed their phone number twice. I'm disappointed .

PRMatthew Smith was helpful in getting me… Matthew Smith was helpful in getting me a flight. What I disliked is that I had chosen a deal on the website and was told it was unavailable but instead of getting a deal at the same price, I had to get a pricier offer.
