Sammy was my customer service representative today and he was incredibly helpful at finding flights that met our needs. He was friendly, professional, and set a goal to keep us happy in our reservation and he succeeded in doing so.

Last year I bought 7 flight tickets… Last year I bought 7 flight tickets through jetcost. Ana Garcia was very helpful at the beginning. But when she charged me the tickets on mi debit card, she charged me $170 extra. I talked to her several times and she agreed there was a mistake and promised to give that money back. Once she put her supervisor on the phone and he was very rude and unrespectful with me while he shouted to me. They told me that they were going to reverse my money but I'm still waiting. They have changed their phone number twice. I'm disappointed .
