SVLast year I bought 7 flight tickets… Last year I bought 7 flight tickets through jetcost. Ana Garcia was very helpful at the beginning. But when she charged me the tickets on mi debit card, she charged me $170 extra. I talked to her several times and she agreed there was a mistake and promised to give that money back. Once she put her supervisor on the phone and he was very rude and unrespectful with me while he shouted to me. They told me that they were going to reverse my money but I'm still waiting. They have changed their phone number twice. I'm disappointed .

CAGood customer service I was organizing the purchase of an emergency ticket to Canada for a friend who was difficult to reach in Costa Rica. I talked to Sammy and Rust several times, they were very helpful, respectful and understanding. Even when the call dropped, they called me back quickly. They helped a frustrating situation be more manageable.

DODO NOT USE IT! DO NOT USE IT! I booked a flight with them through Jetcost and after see they didn´t charge my credit card I call them to see what is the problem. First, they were answer my doubts and it seemed they were working but then, they just stopped to answer me and hanged up the phone. I called through another number phone, they just were mean with me and hanged up the phone multiples time. At the last time, they increased the price and again they were so mean with me and hanged up the phone.
