Positive Experience My husband and I want to commend Daniela Inocencio. Due to an unforeseen medical situation we needed to make changes to a holiday booked through Railbookers. Daniela proved to be the best person to work with when coping with these changes. She made our planning so much smoother and did not get annoyed with the MANY questions and changes that were done throughout the planning process! She responded to our questions in a helpful and timely manner and is so wonderful to speak with over the telephone. In our opinion as a representative of Railbookers, Daniela has put the company in a very positive light, we highly commend Daniela due to her efforts on our behalf. We will not hesitate to pass on our opinion of Railbookers to friends and others due to our experience with Daniela!

I’ve used railbookers in the past and wow how things have changed I’ve used railbookers in the past and was extremely satisfied with the care I received. People on the phone actually enjoyed their jobs; they gave me a call letting me know when the next thousands of dollars would be taken from my account; and were generally helpful with walking me through my first trip abroad. Apparently, all those employees have left, and I get are 20 year old females who have an attitude on the phone and think it’s a pain to have to deal with customer questions. No one called to tell me that the next installment would be taken out of my account, and I’ve heard from no one about my upcoming trip (less than a month away) and have not received my vouchers. A little worried at this point.

Under the Tuscany Sun RailBookers has done a wonderful job of setting me up with my Italian vacation. We had such a good time in Italy they did everything right. To be honest, one thing went a little bit wrong but they quickly helped and remedied the problem with a simple phone call! I wouldn't use no other company than Railbookers they put us in the best hotels they give us the best layout of the entire itinerary everything went smooth as silk they are the most wonderful company I I would never give my money to any other agency. Very disappointed with numerous things Sat February 18th and still waiting for refund , the lies continue from a disgusting company who just don’t care about their customers. Proceed with caution. Aj has been a total blessing Aj has been a total blessing for helping me with these bookings. As the first two agents just totally ghosted me (come to find out one was moved and the other left) I was very happy with Aj taking over and helping in ways they did not. His knowledge and suggestions for my clients has been outstanding!
