Switzerland trip Railbookers organised a fantastic trip around Southern Switzerland at extremely short notice. The staff member we spoke to was so patient with us as we gave him a number of options that we were thinking about. He went away and came back within an hour with a detailed itinerary that met our requirements perfectly. The whole trip was organised within 60 minutes. The holiday that followed was superb. Great hotels backed up by an 8 day Swiss pass that covered train, bus and boat journeys. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Brilliant advice and service from Railbookers We booked a week long trip to Switzerland and I can’t praise Railbookers enough. Daniella, who helped organise his trip was fantastic and patient and also organised a wedding anniversary surprise at our fabulous 5* hotel in St Moritz - an upgraded room, beautiful surprise patisserie and chocolates, and notes from both the hotel and railbookers. The train journeys were amazing and so were the hotels. Spotless. Swiss attention to detail and service. Great journey to, time in Cinque Terre, and journey home. This was a return visit to Cinque Terre & travelling there by rail was interesting. The villages are now very busy & you need to choose carefully where to go each day, remembering the paths can be very steep in the heat but the views are great. Many excellent bars and restaurants available. I can recommend the upgrade to first class for the longer rail journeys.

Our booking agent took particular care… Our booking agent took particular care to find hotels that catered for Coeliacs and provided additional information on other suitable restaurants. All of our journeys were trouble free. The QR code for the City Tour booked for us did not work and we hope they will refund for having to pay twice. Our only other comment is that we travelled by rail from San Sebastian to Bilbao, a very scenic route but the bus would have taken 3 hours less.
