As the first two agents just totally ghosted me (come to find out one was moved and the other left) I was very happy with Aj taking over and helping in ways they did not. His knowledge and suggestions for my clients has been outstanding!

Switzerland trip Railbookers organised a fantastic trip around Southern Switzerland at extremely short notice. The staff member we spoke to was so patient with us as we gave him a number of options that we were thinking about. He went away and came back within an hour with a detailed itinerary that met our requirements perfectly. The whole trip was organised within 60 minutes. The holiday that followed was superb. Great hotels backed up by an 8 day Swiss pass that covered train, bus and boat journeys. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Positive Experience My husband and I want to commend Daniela Inocencio. Due to an unforeseen medical situation we needed to make changes to a holiday booked through Railbookers. Daniela proved to be the best person to work with when coping with these changes. She made our planning so much smoother and did not get annoyed with the MANY questions and changes that were done throughout the planning process! She responded to our questions in a helpful and timely manner and is so wonderful to speak with over the telephone. In our opinion as a representative of Railbookers, Daniela has put the company in a very positive light, we highly commend Daniela due to her efforts on our behalf. I’ve used railbookers in the past and wow how things have changed I’ve used railbookers in the past and was extremely satisfied with the care I received. People on the phone actually enjoyed their jobs; they gave me a call letting me know when the next thousands of dollars would be taken from my account; and were generally helpful with walking me through my first trip abroad. Apparently, all those employees have left, and I get are 20 year old females who have an attitude on the phone and think it’s a pain to have to deal with customer questions. No one called to tell me that the next installment would be taken out of my account, and I’ve heard from no one about my upcoming trip (less than a month away) and have not received my vouchers. A little worried at this point.

Under the Tuscany Sun RailBookers has done a wonderful job of setting me up with my Italian vacation. We had such a good time in Italy they did everything right. To be honest, one thing went a little bit wrong but they quickly helped and remedied the problem with a simple phone call! I wouldn't use no other company than Railbookers they put us in the best hotels they give us the best layout of the entire itinerary everything went smooth as silk they are the most wonderful company I I would never give my money to any other agency.
