GBUnder the Tuscany Sun RailBookers has done a wonderful job of setting me up with my Italian vacation. We had such a good time in Italy they did everything right. To be honest, one thing went a little bit wrong but they quickly helped and remedied the problem with a simple phone call! I wouldn't use no other company than Railbookers they put us in the best hotels they give us the best layout of the entire itinerary everything went smooth as silk they are the most wonderful company I I would never give my money to any other agency. GBVery disappointed with numerous things Sat February 18th and still waiting for refund , the lies continue from a disgusting company who just don’t care about their customers. Proceed with caution. Very disappointed with numerous things Flight tickets booked in wrong name Wrong room in hotel Rail strikes costing us extra City passes weren’t acceptable Lot of wasted expense and nobody to contact on weekends for tours Disappointed with end to our honeymoon

GBWeek in Provence Anniversary trip for seniors. No fly environmental policy in our house! Railbookers looked at two possible adventures which required their detailed research for best trains and hotels for our budget. We selected the less complex as we only had 8 days. Just got back and have had a lovely time exploring two classic French cities. Many memories will remain with us. A couple of glitches which were no fault of Railbookers and were satisfactorily resolved. Great and thanks to everyone involved.

GBBrilliant advice and service from Railbookers We booked a week long trip to Switzerland and I can’t praise Railbookers enough. Daniella, who helped organise his trip was fantastic and patient and also organised a wedding anniversary surprise at our fabulous 5* hotel in St Moritz - an upgraded room, beautiful surprise patisserie and chocolates, and notes from both the hotel and railbookers. The train journeys were amazing and so were the hotels. Spotless. Swiss attention to detail and service. I would definitely book with railbookers again and ask their experienced staff for advice on organising a trip. Thank you again Daniella.

GBGreat journey to, time in Cinque Terre, and journey home. This was a return visit to Cinque Terre & travelling there by rail was interesting. The villages are now very busy & you need to choose carefully where to go each day, remembering the paths can be very steep in the heat but the views are great. Many excellent bars and restaurants available. I can recommend the upgrade to first class for the longer rail journeys.
