Under the Tuscany Sun RailBookers has done a wonderful job of setting me up with my Italian vacation. We had such a good time in Italy they did everything right. To be honest, one thing went a little bit wrong but they quickly helped and remedied the problem with a simple phone call! I wouldn't use no other company than Railbookers they put us in the best hotels they give us the best layout of the entire itinerary everything went smooth as silk they are the most wonderful company I I would never give my money to any other agency. Poor service put right by William Nemer We were advised some days ago that our journey from Geneva to Milan would now be 5:30 am. This wasn't suitable as our connection in Milan couldn't be moved. I researched myself, being a client of Railbookers for over 12 years and knew how to find trains from Paris to Zurich then Milan. I sent these details to Railbookers and despite many emails chasing for some form of acknowledgment and the bookings changed, I received nothing In desperation, I called again and THANKFULLY my call was picked up by # William Nemer, Guest Relations Specialist who was 100% brilliant and knew straight away my concern and proceeded to deal with it rather than pass on or say someone will get back to me, which doesn't happen Come on Railbookers, if Willam Nemer can do it, so can everybody else. Looking after your existing clients shouldn't be a challenge, repeat business of 12 years or more must be worth holding on to, or not...? Get William to train the rest of your staff would keep me for another year!

Positive Experience My husband and I want to commend Daniela Inocencio. Due to an unforeseen medical situation we needed to make changes to a holiday booked through Railbookers. Daniela proved to be the best person to work with when coping with these changes. She made our planning so much smoother and did not get annoyed with the MANY questions and changes that were done throughout the planning process! She responded to our questions in a helpful and timely manner and is so wonderful to speak with over the telephone. In our opinion as a representative of Railbookers, Daniela has put the company in a very positive light, we highly commend Daniela due to her efforts on our behalf. We will not hesitate to pass on our opinion of Railbookers to friends and others due to our experience with Daniela!

Our booking agent took particular care… Our booking agent took particular care to find hotels that catered for Coeliacs and provided additional information on other suitable restaurants. All of our journeys were trouble free. The QR code for the City Tour booked for us did not work and we hope they will refund for having to pay twice. Our only other comment is that we travelled by rail from San Sebastian to Bilbao, a very scenic route but the bus would have taken 3 hours less.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY Travelling from New Zealand ( thats 23 hour’s flying time people) for a trip of a lifetime We thought use a company with professional knowledge of Scotland Tours where organised that took us a whole day of travel, 12 hours, taking us back to within 20minutes of the previous day’s locations A sad and very upsetting experience. A company who know nothing about Scotlands geography A birthday ruined Money and time wasted After submitting the above posting I had an overnight response from Railbookers After sharing fully the double booking issues a refund was provided. In addition a customer care voucher in the amount of 150 pounds was also given by Railbookers. There were no delays to rectify my concerns A prompt and professional service was provided Well done Railbookers. Much appreciated.
