GBGreat journey to, time in Cinque Terre, and journey home. This was a return visit to Cinque Terre & travelling there by rail was interesting. The villages are now very busy & you need to choose carefully where to go each day, remembering the paths can be very steep in the heat but the views are great. Many excellent bars and restaurants available. I can recommend the upgrade to first class for the longer rail journeys.

CAPositive Experience My husband and I want to commend Daniela Inocencio. Due to an unforeseen medical situation we needed to make changes to a holiday booked through Railbookers. Daniela proved to be the best person to work with when coping with these changes. She made our planning so much smoother and did not get annoyed with the MANY questions and changes that were done throughout the planning process! She responded to our questions in a helpful and timely manner and is so wonderful to speak with over the telephone. In our opinion as a representative of Railbookers, Daniela has put the company in a very positive light, we highly commend Daniela due to her efforts on our behalf. We will not hesitate to pass on our opinion of Railbookers to friends and others due to our experience with Daniela!

GBFailure to provide quote or communicate I rang Railbookers a week ago to book rail travel London-Prague-Linz-London plus a hotel in Linz. I have used Railbookers several times in the past and been pleased with the service. However, on this occasion I was promised a same day call back with the quote - it didn’t happen. I chased it two days later and was sent a partial quote for the outward journey only. I have now been absolutely promised a callback on three more days, including today, when I was told that, if the responsible person didn’t call back, then someone else would do so. As a result, one week after my initial call I still don’t have a quote for this simple European trip. I don’t want to give up on Railbookers but no-one will contact me! Update: Since my post, Railbookers contacted me and I finally was able to confirm the booking just over a week after requesting a quote. Unfortunately, fares went up during the week's delay so the cost was higher; they couldn't book an international train from Czechia to Austria (I did it in 5 mins online); and then when the tickets were delivered, my name was wrong on two of them! That took another 24 hours to sort out. I am sticking with Railbookers based on previous good experiences, but I will post an update on here after the trip in July. Oh, and I am still looking out for the promised email from the Customer Services Manager but no sign of that yet...

GBBrilliant advice and service from Railbookers We booked a week long trip to Switzerland and I can’t praise Railbookers enough. Daniella, who helped organise his trip was fantastic and patient and also organised a wedding anniversary surprise at our fabulous 5* hotel in St Moritz - an upgraded room, beautiful surprise patisserie and chocolates, and notes from both the hotel and railbookers. The train journeys were amazing and so were the hotels. Spotless. Swiss attention to detail and service. I would definitely book with railbookers again and ask their experienced staff for advice on organising a trip. Thank you again Daniella.

CHI’ve used railbookers in the past and wow how things have changed I’ve used railbookers in the past and was extremely satisfied with the care I received. People on the phone actually enjoyed their jobs; they gave me a call letting me know when the next thousands of dollars would be taken from my account; and were generally helpful with walking me through my first trip abroad. Apparently, all those employees have left, and I get are 20 year old females who have an attitude on the phone and think it’s a pain to have to deal with customer questions. No one called to tell me that the next installment would be taken out of my account, and I’ve heard from no one about my upcoming trip (less than a month away) and have not received my vouchers. A little worried at this point.
