European Adventure We traveled by train from Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Would highly recommend this as a way of exploring Europe. We had one little hiccup and were so impressed with Jillian who was able to reassure us and help us out.

Under the Tuscany Sun RailBookers has done a wonderful job of setting me up with my Italian vacation. We had such a good time in Italy they did everything right. To be honest, one thing went a little bit wrong but they quickly helped and remedied the problem with a simple phone call! I wouldn't use no other company than Railbookers they put us in the best hotels they give us the best layout of the entire itinerary everything went smooth as silk they are the most wonderful company I I would never give my money to any other agency. AJ: Highly recommended AJ listened to me and went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue that I was having with my planned trip. He was courteous, personable, and he show a sincere concern for my problem. And, of course, he succeeded in resolving the issue.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY Travelling from New Zealand ( thats 23 hour’s flying time people) for a trip of a lifetime We thought use a company with professional knowledge of Scotland Tours where organised that took us a whole day of travel, 12 hours, taking us back to within 20minutes of the previous day’s locations A sad and very upsetting experience. A company who know nothing about Scotlands geography A birthday ruined Money and time wasted After submitting the above posting I had an overnight response from Railbookers After sharing fully the double booking issues a refund was provided. In addition a customer care voucher in the amount of 150 pounds was also given by Railbookers. There were no delays to rectify my concerns A prompt and professional service was provided Well done Railbookers. Much appreciated.

Failure to provide quote or communicate I rang Railbookers a week ago to book rail travel London-Prague-Linz-London plus a hotel in Linz. I have used Railbookers several times in the past and been pleased with the service. However, on this occasion I was promised a same day call back with the quote - it didn’t happen. I chased it two days later and was sent a partial quote for the outward journey only. I have now been absolutely promised a callback on three more days, including today, when I was told that, if the responsible person didn’t call back, then someone else would do so. As a result, one week after my initial call I still don’t have a quote for this simple European trip. I don’t want to give up on Railbookers but no-one will contact me! Update: Since my post, Railbookers contacted me and I finally was able to confirm the booking just over a week after requesting a quote. Unfortunately, fares went up during the week's delay so the cost was higher; they couldn't book an international train from Czechia to Austria (I did it in 5 mins online); and then when the tickets were delivered, my name was wrong on two of them! That took another 24 hours to sort out. I am sticking with Railbookers based on previous good experiences, but I will post an update on here after the trip in July. Oh, and I am still looking out for the promised email from the Customer Services Manager but no sign of that yet...
