GBSwitzerland trip Railbookers organised a fantastic trip around Southern Switzerland at extremely short notice. The staff member we spoke to was so patient with us as we gave him a number of options that we were thinking about. He went away and came back within an hour with a detailed itinerary that met our requirements perfectly. The whole trip was organised within 60 minutes. The holiday that followed was superb. Great hotels backed up by an 8 day Swiss pass that covered train, bus and boat journeys. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

GBBrilliant advice and service from Railbookers We booked a week long trip to Switzerland and I can’t praise Railbookers enough. Daniella, who helped organise his trip was fantastic and patient and also organised a wedding anniversary surprise at our fabulous 5* hotel in St Moritz - an upgraded room, beautiful surprise patisserie and chocolates, and notes from both the hotel and railbookers. The train journeys were amazing and so were the hotels. Spotless. Swiss attention to detail and service. I would definitely book with railbookers again and ask their experienced staff for advice on organising a trip. Thank you again Daniella.

GBWeek in Provence Anniversary trip for seniors. No fly environmental policy in our house! Railbookers looked at two possible adventures which required their detailed research for best trains and hotels for our budget. We selected the less complex as we only had 8 days. Just got back and have had a lovely time exploring two classic French cities. Many memories will remain with us. A couple of glitches which were no fault of Railbookers and were satisfactorily resolved. Great and thanks to everyone involved.

CHI’ve used railbookers in the past and wow how things have changed I’ve used railbookers in the past and was extremely satisfied with the care I received. People on the phone actually enjoyed their jobs; they gave me a call letting me know when the next thousands of dollars would be taken from my account; and were generally helpful with walking me through my first trip abroad. Apparently, all those employees have left, and I get are 20 year old females who have an attitude on the phone and think it’s a pain to have to deal with customer questions. No one called to tell me that the next installment would be taken out of my account, and I’ve heard from no one about my upcoming trip (less than a month away) and have not received my vouchers. A little worried at this point.
