NZAVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY Travelling from New Zealand ( thats 23 hour’s flying time people) for a trip of a lifetime We thought use a company with professional knowledge of Scotland Tours where organised that took us a whole day of travel, 12 hours, taking us back to within 20minutes of the previous day’s locations A sad and very upsetting experience. A company who know nothing about Scotlands geography A birthday ruined Money and time wasted After submitting the above posting I had an overnight response from Railbookers After sharing fully the double booking issues a refund was provided. In addition a customer care voucher in the amount of 150 pounds was also given by Railbookers. There were no delays to rectify my concerns A prompt and professional service was provided Well done Railbookers. Much appreciated.

GBWeek in Provence Anniversary trip for seniors. No fly environmental policy in our house! Railbookers looked at two possible adventures which required their detailed research for best trains and hotels for our budget. We selected the less complex as we only had 8 days. Just got back and have had a lovely time exploring two classic French cities. Many memories will remain with us. A couple of glitches which were no fault of Railbookers and were satisfactorily resolved. Great and thanks to everyone involved.

GBEuropean Adventure We traveled by train from Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Would highly recommend this as a way of exploring Europe. We had one little hiccup and were so impressed with Jillian who was able to reassure us and help us out.

GBGreat journey to, time in Cinque Terre, and journey home. This was a return visit to Cinque Terre & travelling there by rail was interesting. The villages are now very busy & you need to choose carefully where to go each day, remembering the paths can be very steep in the heat but the views are great. Many excellent bars and restaurants available. I can recommend the upgrade to first class for the longer rail journeys.

GBMore of a challenge than a holiday Caledonian sleeper not as expected, bunk beds not double unable to climb ladder so had to sleep on floor. First hotel room only but booked b&b. 2nd hotel closed for refurbishment so had to find our own hotel in Oban. Had to chase for Jacobite train tickets and Scot rail tickets for Fort William to Oban to Edinburgh to Euston. Unable to use Holyrood tickets as closed for 10days. All in all not a good experience, wouldn’t book Railbookers again despite having received a small refund for our inconveniences-Railbookers term not mine. Oh this was over 7days 14th-21st May
