I’ve used railbookers in the past and wow how things have changed I’ve used railbookers in the past and was extremely satisfied with the care I received. People on the phone actually enjoyed their jobs; they gave me a call letting me know when the next thousands of dollars would be taken from my account; and were generally helpful with walking me through my first trip abroad. Apparently, all those employees have left, and I get are 20 year old females who have an attitude on the phone and think it’s a pain to have to deal with customer questions. No one called to tell me that the next installment would be taken out of my account, and I’ve heard from no one about my upcoming trip (less than a month away) and have not received my vouchers. A little worried at this point.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY Travelling from New Zealand ( thats 23 hour’s flying time people) for a trip of a lifetime We thought use a company with professional knowledge of Scotland Tours where organised that took us a whole day of travel, 12 hours, taking us back to within 20minutes of the previous day’s locations A sad and very upsetting experience. A company who know nothing about Scotlands geography A birthday ruined Money and time wasted After submitting the above posting I had an overnight response from Railbookers After sharing fully the double booking issues a refund was provided. In addition a customer care voucher in the amount of 150 pounds was also given by Railbookers. There were no delays to rectify my concerns A prompt and professional service was provided Well done Railbookers. Much appreciated.

Agreement and resolution After a prompt response from Railbookers and several followup conversations I'm editing my review. I specifically want to thank AJ. We agreed that mistakes were made during the booking process and also agreed to a satisfactory resolution.

Positive Experience My husband and I want to commend Daniela Inocencio. Due to an unforeseen medical situation we needed to make changes to a holiday booked through Railbookers. Daniela proved to be the best person to work with when coping with these changes. She made our planning so much smoother and did not get annoyed with the MANY questions and changes that were done throughout the planning process! She responded to our questions in a helpful and timely manner and is so wonderful to speak with over the telephone. In our opinion as a representative of Railbookers, Daniela has put the company in a very positive light, we highly commend Daniela due to her efforts on our behalf. We will not hesitate to pass on our opinion of Railbookers to friends and others due to our experience with Daniela!

Week in Provence Anniversary trip for seniors. No fly environmental policy in our house! Railbookers looked at two possible adventures which required their detailed research for best trains and hotels for our budget. We selected the less complex as we only had 8 days. Just got back and have had a lovely time exploring two classic French cities. Many memories will remain with us. A couple of glitches which were no fault of Railbookers and were satisfactorily resolved. Great and thanks to everyone involved.
